摘要: A valve with an integral orifice for use in gas feeding equipment provided with a pressure-type flow volume control device to be employed for manufacturing of semi-conductors and chemical goods. The valve with an integral orifice has the excellent flow rate control characteristics by improving the processing accuracy of the orifice and preventing the distortion of the orifice at the time of assembling. The orifice is formed in a stainless steel made orifice disc. The metal-made orifice disc with the orifice formed by separate processing and the synthetic-resin-made valve seat body are removably assembled, wherein the orifice disc and the synthetic resin made valve seat body are fixed airtight to the valve main body by pressing the valve seat body via a metal inner disc.

摘要: A liquid crystal display device which includes an active element substrate in which a pixel electrode on an upper layer is connected to active element TFT beneath an interlayer insulation film through a contact hole provided on the interlayer insulation film beneath the upper layer. The contact hole has an approximately oval shape, and a major axis portion extending, roughly along a major axis of the contact hole, from the contact hole in the pixel electrode to nearby pixel electrode edges is located in a light-shielded area of the active element substrate. This prevents the occurrence of a defective pixel area, even a crack is generated in the pixel electrode, without reducing the aperture ratio.

摘要: A dust collection apparatus includes a tower main body, a filter, a rotating shaft, a rotating mechanism, and a cleaning solution. The tower main body has a suction port through which an exhaust gas containing at least one of a noxious material and dust to be exhausted is taken, and an exhaust port through which a clean gas is discharged. The filter is accommodated in the tower main body and cleans the exhaust gas taken in through the suction port and performs dust collection. The filter is divided into a plurality of discrete filters and is supported to be movable. The rotating shaft and rotating mechanism move the discrete filters simultaneously. The discrete filters are sequentially dipped in the cleaning solution during movement, and are cleaned.

摘要: A printing medium which has been fed from a hopper is transported along a transport path having a U-shape. The transport path is formed by first and second linear paths and a curved path. The printing medium is transported along each path in the order of the first linear path, the curved path and the second linear path. When the printing medium passes through the first linear path, the print head performs the printing onto a front surface of the printing medium. Thereafter, the printing medium reaches the second linear path through the curved path. When the printing medium passes through the second linear path, the print head performs the printing on a back surface of the printing medium. At the timing for transporting the printing medium along the curved path, the print head is moved from the vicinity of the first linear path to the second linear path. Thus, the print head is moved and set to be ready for printing in the two positions. The printing medium whose back surface has been subjected to the printing operation is stacked on a stacker.

摘要: A valve device which can reliably seal water even after a long continuous use. It has a valve seat made of a hard ceramic having a fluid passage and a valve body made of a self-lubricating polyphenylene sulfide resin and slidably put on the valve seat. Inlet passages are formed in the valve body. The surface of the valve body to be brought into sliding contact with the valve seat is lapped into a flat or crowned smooth surface after swelling the valve body with liquid. Otherwise, the valve seat and the valve body are made of synthetic resins that show no adhesion to each other. The base and the valve seat may be integrally formed. Also, elastic packings may be provided on the end face of the base so as to protrude into the bottom openings of the inlet passages. Small-dimater flanged rings are fixed in position by the elastic packings.

摘要: A flexible laminated surface material has an outer material and a laminate wadding composed of a fibrous web and a nonwoven fabric sheet that are together needle punched. Parts of filaments of the web penetrate through the nonwoven fabric sheet, thus forming many small protrusions on the nonwoven fabric sheet. The outer material is adhered, using entire area or spot adhesion techniques, to the nonwoven fabric sheet side of the wadding with a substantial adhesion strength. By varying the amount of the adhesion applied, different types of adhesion can be achieved.
