Abstract:
There is provided a service processor which can easily take an adequate measure for an occurrence of a fault. Each service processor decides whether a setting of storing is described or not in individual instruction information. When the setting of storing is not performed, processing of the service processor is terminated here. When the setting of storing is performed, source data of a process object document is stored in relation to a service ID to identify a service requested from a cooperation process server. Moreover, each service processor decides whether current time is a predetermined timing (for example, predetermined time or time instructed by a user or the like) or not. When the current time is the predetermined timing, the source data stored in relation to the service ID is transferred to the cooperation process server.
Abstract:
A recording medium for storing virtual deletion information, and recording and/or reproducing method and apparatus therefor are provided. The recording medium includes a first region having a plurality of still pictures, and a second region having first virtual deletion information for the still pictures, and still picture group information for separating the still pictures in the first region into a predetermined maximum number of groups in order to manage the still pictures at a group level, wherein the first virtual deletion information is within the still picture group information, and if the first virtual deletion information is set to a virtual delete state, the corresponding still picture is not to be reproduced. Accordingly, file extent information can be prevented from excessively increasing by maximally preventing a recording area from being scattered, when some of a data file are deleted by a user's request.
Abstract:
There is provided an image pickup apparatus that is capable of easily displaying in a distinguishable manner image data when the image data is photographed by a plurality of image pickup apparatuses, transferred (copied or moved) between the image pickup apparatuses and displayed by one image pickup apparatus. An image data photographed by an image pickup device is recorded by a recording device and the image data recorded is displayed by a display device. The recorded image data is transmitted and received by a communication device that is connectable to a plurality of image pickup apparatuses. Unique apparatus information for identifying the image pickup apparatus to the photographed image data is allotted to the photographed image data. A CPU provides control to cause the display device to display the image data received by the communication device from respective ones of the plurality of image pickup apparatuses and the image data recorded by said recording device, using the unique apparatus information, in such a manner that the image data received by the communication device from respective ones of the plurality of image pickup apparatuses and the image data recorded by the recording device can be distinguished from one another.
Abstract:
A recording system comprises a non-volatile recording medium, a recording device for recording information data on the recording medium, the recording medium including a first recording area in which to record the information data, a second recording area in which to record data indicative of an erased area in the first recording area, and a third recording area in which to record data indicative of a use status of each area in the first recording area. The recording device is operative to detect from the recording medium the data recorded in the second area and the data recorded in the third recording area, and perform erasure of, and recording of the information data in, a recording-enable and unerased area in the first recording area. A data processing apparatus comprises a detector for detecting whether a non-volatile recording medium has been attached and an erasing device for erasing information data from a predetermined area of the recording medium, less than the entire recording area, according to an output of said detecting means.
Abstract:
A recording apparatus for extracting a still image from a moving image signal that is currently being recorded, at a predetermined timing, wherein when an additional still image is newly extracted after extracting N pictures of still images, one of the N pictures of still images already extracted is deleted, and still image signals of N pictures to which the newly extracted one picture of still image is added in place of the deleted one picture of still image are generated.
Abstract:
An image capture apparatus consists of an image capture sensor for capturing a current image, a memory bank for storing image data, and a memory controller. The memory bank contains two or more memory units, which store copies of images captured by the sensor. The memory controller stores newly captured images in at least two of the memory units, thus creating one or more backup copies of the image data.
Abstract:
In cameras and methods, a series of archival images are captured in a film unit in the camera. A series of electronic images corresponding to the archival images are captured in the camera. The electronic images are stored in memory of the camera. Unloading of the film unit from the camera is detected. Responsive to the unloading, selective clearance of the electronic images in memory is enabled.
Abstract:
A digital camera reduces the possibility that a user's release operation is disabled and performs photographing operations at the appropriate times. The digital camera (1) can load a memory card (40a) and a magnetic disk card (40b) as a plurality of recording media, wherein a CPU (17) can independently make accesses to the memory card (40a) and the magnetic disk card (40b). The CPU (17) performs a plurality of tasks in parallel, whereby a captured image is recorded on either one of the memory card (40a) and the magnetic disk card (40b) while predetermined processing is performed on the other. In such a configuration, a captured image which is stored in image memory (21) through a photographing operation can be recorded at an early stage on one of the recording media. This enables continuous photographing and the like even in such a condition that recording on a recording medium which is selected as a subject of recording is not allowed.
Abstract:
A subject image is converted into an electrical picture signal by an imaging device. A mode setter sets either a still picture record mode or a moving picture record mode. A recording device records on a recording medium a still picture in the still picture record mode or a moving picture in the moving picture record mode on the basis of the picture signal from the imaging device. A computer computes the remaining capacity of the recording medium for each of still and moving pictures. A display unit displays the remaining capacity of the recording medium for each of still and moving pictures simultaneously.
Abstract:
An image processing apparatus includes an input device for inputting first color component signals for plural colors in parallel from outside through parallel lines, a convertor for converting the input first color component signals for plural colors to second color component signals for plural colors, an output device for serially outputting the second color component signals for plural colors converted by the converter to the outside through one of the parallel lines, and a controller for controlling the output device and the input device in order not to operate simultaneously.
