摘要: An inkjet ink can include an ink vehicle and ink solids carried by the ink vehicle. The ink solids can include a pigment, 5 wt % to 40 wt % polymeric binder, and 0.3 wt % to 3 wt % wax. The wax can have a melting point of from 90° C. to 115° C. and an average particle size of from 0.1 μm to 0.5 μm. Further, the wax can include wax particles having a particle size greater than 1 μm but which are present at a quantity no greater than 0.1% of the total number of wax particles based on particle count.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a white ink including an aqueous ink vehicle, from 5 wt % to 50 wt % of a white metal oxide pigment having an average particulate size from 100 nm to 2,000 nm, from 0.02 wt % to 2 wt % of an anionic low molecular weight polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 3,000 Mw to 50,000 Mw and an acid number higher than 100 mg KOH/g based on dry polymer weight, and from 2 wt % to 30 wt % of latex particulates having a glass transition temperature from 0 C to 130 C. Furthermore, the white metal oxide pigment is dispersed by a non-ionic or predominantly non-ionic dispersant having an acid number not higher than 100 mg KOH/g based on dry polymer weight.

摘要: The present invention has an object to provide a resist ink adaptable to low temperature baking that has both of an adhesiveness to the metal foil for constituting a circuit and an acidic etching resistance even at a low oven temperature. The present invention can overcome a negative effect of decreased baking temperature, that is, reduced adhesiveness of a printed coat to a substrate metal foil and reduced acidic etching resistance in the step of acidic etching. A resist ink is adaptable to low temperature baking containing a polyester resin, a titanium oxide, and an organic silicon compound as essential components.

摘要: Disclosed are a three-dimensional frosting touch pattern label film and a manufacturing method thereof, in which a printing ink including a composition including acrylic resin of a volume ratio of 20-30%, a particle-hand-feeling additive of a volume ratio of 10-20%, toluene of a volume ratio of 30-40%, isopropyl alcohol of a volume ratio of 15-25%, ethyl acetate of a volume ratio of 15-25%, and butanone of a volume ratio of 1-10% mixed together and containing a plurality of particles is used in gravure printing to print and combine a display pattern including at least one of a pattern, a character, and a mark on a surface of a single-layered label film substrate to form at least one three-dimensional pattern layer having a height of 0.05-0.1 mm, followed by slitting, adhering, and cutting and trimming to form a label film showing three-dimensional particle, frosting visual perception, and sanding touch.

摘要: Information is written onto the surface of an object using both an optically identifiable pattern and subregions that exhibit differing magnetic properties. The optically identifiable pattern is printed onto a printed region on the surface of the object using a printing medium that contains magnetic particles. The printed region includes both a first subregion that exhibits a first prevailing magnetization direction and a second subregion that exhibits a second prevailing magnetization direction. The first magnetization direction differs from the second magnetization direction. The first and second magnetization directions are imparted to the first and second subregions by magnetic fields being applied to the magnetic particles. An edge between the first subregion and the second subregion does not coincide with any boundary of the optically identifiable pattern. The printed region contains both optically encoded information and magnetically encoded information. Additional information is decoded using both the optically and magnetically encoded information.

摘要: Inkjet printing is carried out on a substrate having a topmost layer comprising aqueous soluble multivalent metal cations and a hydrophilic polymeric binder. An aqueous inkjet ink composition is drawn from a main fluid supply as a continuous stream that is broken into both printing drops and non-printing drops, forming a white printed image on the substrate with the printing drops. The non-printing drops are collected and returned to the main fluid supply. The aqueous inkjet ink composition comprises particles of titanium dioxide in an amount of at least 4 to 15 weight %. The particles of titanium dioxide have a 95th percentile particle size of less than 200 nm, a 50th percentile particle size of less than 130 nm, and are dispersed using a dispersing polymer comprising acidic groups. The weight ratio of the particles of titanium dioxide to the dispersing polymer is 19:1 to 2:1.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing a carbon fiber that can be suitably used as a transparent conductive material for forming transparent flexible conductive films and the like, more particularly, to a method for producing a carbon fiber having an outermost surface composed of edges of graphenes, and to a carbon fiber produced by the production method. The production method comprises a step of pre-baking a fiber of an organic compound so as to contain remaining hydrogen, and a step of putting the pre-baked fiber of the organic compound in a closed vessel made of a heat resistant material and subjecting the pre-baked fiber together with the vessel to hot isostatic pressing treatment using a compressed gas atmosphere, wherein a maximum ultimate temperature in the hot isostatic pressing treatment is 1000 to 2000° C.
