Abstract: A non-aqueous ink composition which has superior printing performance, such as continuous discharge stability, and also has excellent storage stability and excellent coloring properties, and with which printed matter having superior durability can be obtained. A non-aqueous ink composition discharged using an inkjet method, the composition containing an organic solvent, a colorant, and a resin, where the resin contains at least one resin selected from the group consisting of acrylic resins, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resins, and cellulose resins, and a resin having intrinsic viscosity at 25° C. of 90 mL/g or more accounts for up to 5 mass % of the entire resin.

Abstract: A method to produce a multilayer ceramic electronic component includes forming supports by an ink jet printing method to produce a green multilayer ceramic capacitor. A green ceramic layer and outer electrodes of the multilayer ceramic electronic component are formed by the ink jet printing method while the supports define peripheries of the green ceramic layer and the outer electrodes. When fired, the green multilayer ceramic electronic component is converted to a sintered multilayer ceramic electronic component, and the supports disappear by heating.

Abstract: Fusing nanowire inks are described that can also comprise a hydrophilic polymer binder, such as a cellulose based binder. The fusing nanowire inks can be deposited onto a substrate surface and dried to drive the fusing process. Transparent conductive films can be formed with desirable properties.

Abstract: The present invention provides a silver paste containing at least a silver powder, a binder resin, and an organic solvent, wherein the silver powder contains a first silver powder having a D50 of 3.50 to 7.50 μm and a second silver powder having a D50 of 0.80 to 2.00 μm, where D50 represents a 50% value of a volume-based cumulative fraction obtained by laser diffraction particle size distribution measurement; a copper content of the whole silver powder is 10 to 5000 ppm by mass; a copper content of the second silver powder is 80 ppm by mass or more; and the first silver powder contains substantially no copper. The present invention provides a silver paste containing a powder in a high concentration and excellent in printability, and provides a silver conductor film that has a high filling factor, a high film density, high electrical conductivity, and excellent migration resistance.

Abstract: A functional ink suitable for 3D printing and a preparation method thereof are provided. The ink includes the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-1.5 parts of a regulator, 1-5 parts of a conductive material, 0.1-0.5 parts of a crosslinking agent, 0.1-0.5 parts of a catalyst, and 10-80 parts of a solvent. The prepared functional ink has a self-healing function at room temperature, eliminating the interface resistance between printing layers and improving the mechanical strength between the layers. Moreover, the prepared functional ink has excellent electrical conductivity and a variety of electrical, magnetic, and electrochemical properties, and can be applied in the fields of functional materials and devices such as energy storage, electromagnetic shielding and stress sensing.
