摘要: The present invention relates to a pressure-controlled oil refining device for refining oil from liquid-state oil waste. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pressure-controlled oil refining device wherein: liquid-state oil waste is introduced and then heated such that, as the pressure rises, the vaporized fluid (oil+impurities) is transferred in the upward direction; a pressure valve is opened/closed such that the oil and impurities can be separated from the fluid and then discharged; the oil is condensed by a cooler such that the same can be liquefied again and stored; and the oil can be refined from the oil waste and reused.

摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for processing reusable fuel wherein the apparatus comprises a support body and a plurality of augers disposed within the support body. The augers may be configured to rotate against a vapor flow to clean carbon char from vapors comprising condensable and non-condensable hydrocarbons. A drive system may be connected to drive and control the plurality of augers. An exhaust system is connected to the support body. A gearbox housing is connected to the exhaust system, wherein the drive system is accommodated in the gearbox housing. A ventilation system is disposed within the gearbox housing. 摘要: A process for converting a molten polymeric material is provided. The process includes effecting disposition of a molten polymeric material, having at least one carbon-carbon double bond, in sufficient proximity to a catalyst material within a reaction zone, to affect a reactive process that effects generation of a reaction product. The reactive process effects cleaving of at least one carbon-carbon double bond. The catalyst material includes [Fe—Cu—Mo—P]/Al2O3 prepared by binding a ferrous-copper complex to an alumina support to generate an intermediate material and reacting the intermediate material with a heteropolyacid.

摘要: A method of processing of shredded rubber-containing waste involves its preliminary preparation, thermal decomposition in a furnace, separation of decomposition products into vapor-gas mixture and solid residue, and separation of a heavy hydrocarbon fraction from the vapor-gas mixture. Preliminary preparation of the waste is carried out by its blowing with water vapor until a waste temperature reaches 100° C., and thermal decomposition is carried out in residual oil in the starting phase, and afterwards in the atomized generated heavy hydrocarbon fraction and superheated water vapor, their weight ratio being (0.1-0.5):1. The heavy hydrocarbon fraction is separated from the vapor-gas mixture with water by atomizing it into the vapor-gas mixture flow at the rate of 5-15% of the mass flow rate of the mixture, while metal is extracted from the solid residue by magnetic separation, after which a product containing zinc oxide is separated by dielectric separation.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a process for preparing a hydrocarbon fuel from waste rubber. The process involves admixing, in a reaction vessel, at least one fluid medium with the waste rubber to obtain a slurry; wherein the concentration of the waste rubber in the slurry ranges from 45% to 70%. A reactor is charged with the slurry and a predetermined amount of at least one catalyst composition to obtain a mixture, followed by introduction of hydrogen to the reactor to attain a predetermined pressure and heating the mixture at a predetermined temperature, to attain an autogenously generated pressure, and for a predetermined time period to obtain a reaction mass comprising the hydrocarbon fuel. This reaction mass comprising the hydrocarbon fuel is then cooled to obtain a cooled reaction mass. The hydrocarbon fuel is then separated from the cooled reaction mass.
