    Abstract: Disclosed are blockchain type contract terminal and method using a digital contents original confirmation key. There are provided: an input module that is inputted with a contract term regarding an object of contract; a position information collection module that collects, in real time, position information of the object at the time of contract; a contract creation module that creates a contract by using the contract term inputted by the input module and the position information at the time of contract collected in real time by the position information collection module; a digital contents original confirmation key interface module that provides the contract term inputted by the input module and the position information at the time of contract collected in real time by the position information collection module to a contents initializer and an international authentication adjustment server, and receives a digital contents original confirmation key from the contents initializer or the international authentication adjustment server; a digital contents original contract creation module that combines the digital contents original confirmation key received at the digital original confirmation key interface module with the contract created at the contract creation module to create a digital contents original contract; a blockchain creation module that encrypts the contract created by the digital contents original contract creation module to create a blockchain; and a blockchain distributed storage control module that transmits the blockchain created at the blockchain creation module to another terminal in a P2P manner for storing on a network in a distributed manner.

    Abstract: Techniques for embedding watermarks are described. In accordance with various embodiments, a server (e.g., a cloud in a core network) generates a profile for an encoded media content item and packages the profile as corresponding watermark metadata. The server then transmits the encoded media content item and the corresponding watermark metadata to at least one edge node in an edge cloud. A respective edge node in the edge cloud, upon receiving a request from a client device for the encoded media content item, where the request includes a client identifier associated with the client device, obtains a first portion of the encoded media content item and the corresponding watermark metadata. A watermark embedder of the edge node then embeds the client identifier in the embedded media content item according to the watermark metadata and transmits the watermark embedded media content item to the client device.

    Abstract: This disclosure describes techniques for implementing a blockchain to manage license compatibility. The techniques include parsing a code segment in a version of source code based on one or more parsing parameters, wherein the code segment is associated with a transaction and distributed under a license. Thereafter, one or more blocks are inserted onto a blockchain distributed ledger recording the transaction. Upon receiving an updated version of the source code comprising a change to at least one code segment associated with a new transaction, additional blocks are inserted onto the ledger recording the new transaction. Based at least on the transaction recorded in the blocks, the license associated with the version of the source code is identified. Additionally, a flag may indicate license incompatibility with the license if the change to at least one code segment associated with the new transaction violates a license restriction of the identified license.

    Abstract: A content transport security system includes a computing platform having processing hardware and a memory storing software code and a database including one or more business rule(s). The processing hardware executes the software code to intercept a content file including a content asset, during a file transfer of the content file between a client device and a destination device, determine an authorization status of the destination device, and decrypt the content file, using a decryption key corresponding to an encryption key available to the client device. The processing hardware further executes the software code to search the content asset for a forensic identifier, assign a classification to the file transfer, based on the authorization status and a result of the searching, the classification being one of allowable, forbidden, or suspicious, and allow or block the file transfer to the destination device, based on the classification and the business rule(s).
