    摘要: A temperature dependent variation of the voltage drop across a clipping pn junction device which causes the clipping voltage level of a DC restored video signal to vary is compensated by the base-to-emitter voltage variation of an emitter follower transistor having substantially the same temperature characteristic as the clipping pn junction device. A variation in the DC level of the DC restored video signal resulting from the base-to-emitter voltage variation of the emitter follower transistor is compensated by a feed back type differential amplifier whose output is fed back to one input thereof through an emitter follower transistor and a pn junction device.

    摘要: A dark current correction circuit in a two-tube color camera having first and second camera tubes respectively for chrominance signals and luminance signals comprises a circuit for applying to the first camera tube a target voltage in accordance with temperature variation in the image pickup surface thereof, a circuit provided in the picked-up output signal system of the first camera tube and operating to compensate or cancel a dark current component within the picked-up output signal, a circuit for applying to the second camera tube a target voltage in accordance with temperature variation in the image pickup surface thereof, and a circuit for mixing with the picked-up output luminance signal of the second camera tube a horizontal blanking pulse at a level in accordance with the temperature variation in the image pickup surface of that camera tube. The level controlled horizontal blanking pulse, upon being applied to the picked-up output luminance signal, effects correction of a dark current variation component within the luminance signal due to temperature variation in the image pickup surface of the camera tube and for a dark current variation component due to variation of the target voltage.

    摘要: In a signal receiver responsive to a composite video signal having pulse and video signals portion and having apparatus for providing a video signal, a peak detecting and current sampling means provides a signal representative of the peak level of the video signal and this signal is applied to a threshold detector means which holds the peak level of video signal for a time period after the peak level changes and cause operation of a switching means to effect a rapid change in the output of the peak detecting means to a new level when the given time period if expended. Thus, the video signal is employed to establish black, white, or chroma levels in a signal receiver.

    摘要: An electrical noise limiting circuit for use in an apparatus producing a composite signal including an information carrying signal of a selected bandwidth including a train of recurrent pulses. The circuit includes a switch responsive to the pulses in the composite signal, and a filter selectively connected to the apparatus by the switch. The filter reduces the level of the noise component in the composite signal at least during the periods of one or more of the pulses.
