    摘要: A component structure comprises a substrate and a sacrificial layer comprising a sacrificial material disposed on or in the substrate. The sacrificial layer defines sacrificial portions laterally spaced apart by anchors. A component is disposed entirely over each sacrificial portion and connected to at least one anchor by a tether. A spacer comprising a spacer material is disposed in or on the sacrificial portion at least partially between the tether and the substrate. For at least one etchant, the spacer material etches faster than the sacrificial material when exposed to the etchant.

Non-human animals described herein express antibodies that contain immunoglobulin (Ig) light chains characterized by the presence of human Vλ domains. Non-human animals provided herein are, in some embodiments, characterized by expression of antibodies that contain human Vλ light chains that are encoded by human Igλ light chain-encoding sequences inserted into an endogenous Igκ light chain locus of said non-human animals. Methods for producing antibodies from non-human animals are also provided, which antibodies contain human variable regions and mouse constant regions.

The cement slurry has a second density. The first density is greater than, or equal to, the second density, which causes the fluid to prevent, at least partly, the cement slurry from mixing with other fluid in the lost circulation zone for at least a period of time.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a transgenic plant and a method for producing the same. In particular, the present invention is directed to a transgenic plant or a plant cell in which a nucleic acid molecule encoding an m6A demethylase is introduced, wherein said m6A demethylase has the following two domains: i) N-terminal domain (NTD) having the function of AlkB oxidation demethylase; and ii) C-terminal domain (CTD). The present invention is also directed to a method for producing said plant, comprising introducing a nucleic acid molecule encoding an m6A demethylase into a regenerable plant cell, and regenerating a transgenic plant from the regenerable plant cell.
