摘要: The invention is directed to a method and system for providing an interface including modular customizable elements for implementation by a system user. The method and system have particular application for financial accounts, such as credit card accounts. The interface may adapt in response to user behaviors. However, the user may also customize features of the interface. Thus, a behavioral monitoring and analysis system is provided for monitoring account holder spending behaviors and analyzing the spending behaviors. Account holder customization tools may be presented to the account holders through a user interface, the account holder customization tools allowing account holders to modify a user interface display of account related parameters by inputting parameters into a computing system. An experience customization engine may be implemented by a processor for receiving input from both the behavioral monitoring and analysis system and the account holder customization tools.

A JavaScript environment is emulated when the determining indicates the JavaScript file is associated with the received web service request. A JavaScript object including one or more parameters of the received web service request is created. The JavaScript file associated with the received web service request is executed in the emulated JavaScript environment using the JavaScript object. A web service response is constructed based on the JavaScript object as populated based on the executing. The constructed web service response is provided to a source of the received web service request.

摘要: A vehicle air circulating system comprises a controller, an interior condition sensor attached to the controller, an instrument panel, and a deployable register assembly attached to the controller and pivotably attached to the instrument panel. The register assembly includes a first register and a second register and is movable between a closed position in which the first register is recessed within the instrument panel and is thus obstructed and an open position in which the first register is deployed. The second register remains unobstructed whether the register assembly is in its closed or open position. The deployable registers provide directional control for pull down conditions. Once the desired conditions are achieved, the deployable registers lower into the instrument panel and the other registers provide a larger opening to direct the air overhead at lower velocities keeping the vehicle cabin cool while not blowing in the direction of the occupants.

摘要: A one-piece trim bezel formed from multiple components. In the event of two co-molded components, the first co-molded part is composed of a polymerized material having an unpainted surface that may be a high gloss smooth surface or a textured low gloss surface and the second co-molded part, formed with the first part, is composed of a plateable plastic material. The plateable plastic material may be plateable with chrome. A multiple-shot injection molding process is used to form the one-piece trim bezel which joins the first co-molded part and the second co-molded part in one operation. The formed part is then subjected to a plating process during which time only the chrome deposits on the surface of the plateable plastic material of the second co-molded part while the surface of the first co-molded part remains unplated.

In some embodiments, a deployment recommendation may be provided prior to deployment of the workload. In some embodiments, a social collaboration workflow may be triggered whereby one or more users are provided the deployment recommendation.

摘要: A method for managing communication in a plurality of Internet of Things (IoT) networks includes receiving a communication request initiated by an IoT device in one of the plurality of IoT networks for a destination IoT device located in one of the plurality of IoT networks. Suitability of an existing communication session between the IoT device and the destination IoT device is determined. Based on determining unsuitability of the existing communication session, a new communication session between the IoT device and the destination IoT device is selectively initiated. In response to determining suitability of the existing communication session, the existing communication session for the communication request is selectively reused. At least one initiating cause for a communication event and associated resolutions on occurrence of the communication event to maintain one of the new communication session and the existing communication session that is suitable is iteratively determined.

摘要: A pendulum absorber fixed to the crankshaft of an engine comprises a pendulum and a pendulum carrier attached to the pendulum carrier attachment boss of the crankshaft. The first preferred embodiment provides a crankshaft web having spaced apart part pendulum carrier attachment bosses that define a carrier groove. The second preferred embodiment provides an arrangement similar to that of the first embodiment but the attachment bosses extend further away from the web. The third preferred embodiment provides a pendulum carrier having a flat portion and a cylindrical portion. The fourth preferred embodiment provides a carrier engagement portion that includes a deck and two lateral attachment bosses having curved surfaces. The carrier includes two outwardly-extending attachment arms. The fifth preferred embodiment provides a web having a pendulum carrier engagement portion that includes a machined groove and machined attachment bosses. The pendulum carrier includes attachment arms that engage the machined attachment bosses.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a method for detecting an interaction between a ribonucleic acid (RNA) molecule and a second molecule. This method involves providing a nucleic acid construct that contains a promoter sequence, a nucleotide sequence encoding the RNA molecule, and an RNA polymerase blocking site. The nucleotide sequence encoding the RNA molecule is transcribed in vitro to produce an RNA transcript corresponding to the RNA molecule. Transcription is halted by the RNA polymerase blocking site under conditions effective for the RNA transcript to remain tethered to the nucleic acid construct. The tethered RNA transcript is contacted with the second molecule and any interaction between the tethered RNA transcript and the second molecule is detecting and identified based on said contacting.

The invention further relates to a method of producing a therapeutic composition including providing a medium containing an inactive acid ceramidase precursor; incubating the medium under conditions effective to transform a portion of the inactive acid ceramidase precursor to active acid ceramidase; and recovering the incubated medium as a ceramidase mixture comprising the inactive acid ceramidase precursor and an active acid ceramidase. The present invention also relates to preparation of a therapeutic composition of a ceramidase lacking acid sphingomyelinase.

摘要: A method and system facilitate scheduling of a response to a text directed to a landline by maintaining a registration of a handler system with a text hub, wherein the text hub intercepts text messages forwarded through a mobile carrier to multiple dedicated landlines. A message router of the registered handler system identifies the destination landline and routes the text message to a call center server system based on the identified destination landline. The method additionally includes processing the text message at the call center server utilizing a text processor. The text processor identifies a text sender, schedules a follow-up communication at a follow-up time, and queues the text message and scheduled follow-up.
