摘要: A method for processing a three-dimensional holographic image includes obtaining depth images from depth data of a three-dimensional object, dividing each of the depth images into a predetermined number of sub-images, obtaining interference patterns of computer-generated hologram (CGH) patches corresponding to each of the sub-images by performing a Fourier transform to calculate an interference pattern in a CGH plane for object data included in each of the sub-images, and generating a CGH for the three-dimensional object using the obtained interference patterns of the CGH patches.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for preparing a DNA oligomer into which a single nucleotide is incorporated using a terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase. According to the present invention, by using a base hydrolysis reaction or a ribose-borate complex formation method, single incorporation of normal and modified nucleotides in a TdT enzyme-based DNA oligomer modification method can be facilitated. In addition, the method simultaneously provides the usability of TdT and the quantitativeness of modification group incorporation, thereby being effectively usable in the development of a quantitative detection technique or in a crosslinking reaction, both of which require quantitativeness and, according to the present invention, a DNA oligomer, into which a single nucleotide which is a product of a TdT reaction is incorporated, has an exposed a 3′ hydroxyl terminus, which is an enzyme recognition site, such that an additional enzymatic technique such as primer extension or ligation can be introduced.

摘要: Provided herein are a probe capable of simultaneously detecting a virus and treating virus-infected cells, a composition for detecting a virus, which comprises the probe, a composition for treating a virus, which comprises the probe, and a method of detecting a virus or treating a viral infection by using the same. According to the present disclosure, it is possible to simultaneously perform diagnosis by virus detection and treatment of virus-infected cells, and in particular, diagnosis and treatment may be simultaneously performed on various types of viruses by varying the type of molecular beacon, and thus may be usefully applied to virus diagnosis and treatment fields, which require rapid diagnosis and treatment, and the spread of viral infections may be effectively prevented. In addition, the probe of the present disclosure has excellent stability and excellent detection sensitivity, and thus enables the detection of even a very low amount of a target at the pmole level.

摘要: The present invention relates to a 4-gingerol derivative compound, or a racemate, isomer, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, the compound being capable of inhibiting biofilm formation and production of virulence factors. The 4-gingerol derivative compound according to the present invention has binding affinity to RhlR and corresponding RhlR antagonism activity that are significantly improved, and therefore can effectively inhibit biofilm formation and production of virulence factors. Furthermore, various bacterial infectious diseases caused by biofilms can be fundamentally prevented or treated by using a pharmaceutical composition comprising the 4-gingerol derivative compound, or a racemate, isomer, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
