摘要： Clients in a data network can subscribe to CTI Services and in this regard must be reachable by the CSTA gateway (CCGW). If this is not the case, because for example an error occurs in the data network, then the transmission of unnecessary messages can be prevented or stopped. The clients can be connected via a server to the CCGW, where the server monitors the status of the clients and acknowledges the messages addressed to an unreachable client with error messages. The server is preferably an XMPP server and the clients are preferably XMPP clients. In order to permit transport of the CSTA messages via XMPP, info/query stanzas according to RFC 3920 can be used, since they have the advantage over message stanzas that they can be acknowledged by a remote station.

摘要： A communication system includes a redirect server and a deployment server configured to configure different terminal devices so that those devices are able to access a network of a service provider. A terminal device, computer readable medium and method are also disclosed that helps deploy such a service. In one embodiment, a communication system is configured so that a user of a terminal is provided with a code. The code is then communicated to a redirect server via a terminal associated with the user. The redirect server utilizes the code to determine the address of a deployment sever. The redirect server then provides the address to the terminal so the terminal can connect to a configuration management system so that the terminal may communicate with that system to be configured for accessing the network services hosted by the system.

A caller may then provide audio in response to a question. The spoken answer may be converted into text and may then be stored, parsed, and then assigned to an object representing the question posed to a caller. The stored text assigned to the object representing the question may then be used to populate different forms or databases for subsequent use or for displaying to a user via a display device of that person's computer device.
