Abstract: The present application relates to a current collector and a secondary battery. The current collector is used to electrically connect a pole and tab of a secondary battery, and comprises: a first sheet; a second sheet that is disposed to intersect the first sheet, the second sheet being used to electrically connect to the pole; a current collection unit, the current collection unit and the second sheet being disposed at two opposite sides of the first sheet in a first thickness direction thereof, and the first thickness direction thereof intersecting with a second thickness direction of the second sheet; the current collection unit comprises a first current collection sheet, the first current collection sheet is used to electrically connect to the tab, and the first current collection sheet is provided with a first connection terminal that is connected to the first sheet.

An outer surface of the case comprises a first surface, and the first surface is connected with the connection portion via the first adhesive member. An area A of the first surface and an elastic modulus B of the first adhesive member satisfy a relationship: 0.02 cm2/MPa≤A/B≤9 cm2/MPa.

Abstract: The present application relates to an electrode sheet for Li-ion battery and a Li-ion battery including the same. The Li-ion battery includes a current collector and a diaphragm layer coated on the current collector, the current collector includes a coating region and at least one electrode tab region, the coating region is a region of the current collector coated with the diaphragm layer; the coating region is adjoined with the electrode tab region, a stress releasing region is provided at adjoining position of the coating region and at least one electrode tab region. The stress releasing region provided by the present application can reduce stress received by the diaphragm during rolling and stretching processes, which can avoid cracking of electrode tab and electrode sheet, and can improve battery cycling performance and, at the same time, can also be fused in short circuit, thereby improving safety performance of the battery.

The heat-resistant protective member includes a reinforcing layer, a functional layer, and a strengthening layer that are sequentially arranged; the functional layer includes a first resin and a filler dispersed in the first resin; and the reinforcing layer and the strengthening layer each include a fiber matrix. In the foregoing manner, thermal impact of a single battery during ignition and detonation can be resisted, and structural integrity under the thermal impact can still be prevented from being broken through, so as to provide effective heat insulation and protection for a battery pack.

The battery cells are interconnected in the second direction through the protruding portions of the electrode terminals, which can enhance the strength of the connection between the battery cells.
