    摘要: The present disclosure provides a cap plate and a secondary battery. The cap plate includes a main portion and a first protruding portion. The main portion includes a first exterior surface, a second exterior surface and a third exterior surface, the third exterior surface is a curved surface. The first protruding portion includes a fourth exterior surface extending downwardly from a bottom end of the third exterior surface, the fourth exterior surface is inclined inwardly relative to the third exterior surface. The secondary battery comprises the cap plate and a case. The case includes an opening; the cap plate is provided to the opening, the main portion is fixed to an inner wall of the case. The first protruding portion is received in the case, and a gap is provided between the fourth exterior surface and the inner wall, a dimension of the gap increases gradually along a downward direction.

The current collecting member includes a substrate and a support plate, the substrate is disposed on a side of a body of the electrode assembly in the transverse direction and extends in a direction perpendicular to the transverse direction, the support plate extends from an outer end of the substrate in the longitudinal direction and folds back to a side of the substrate farther from the body. The support plate includes a bending portion and a connecting portion, the bending portion is connected to the substrate and bent into an arc shape, and the connecting portion extends from an end of the bending portion farther from the substrate; and a first tab of the electrode assembly is connected to the connecting portion and bent along a surface of the bending portion.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a battery pack and an electric vehicle. The battery pack includes a casing wherein the battery is placed, a cooling plate located below the casing in a height direction, and a bracket assembly located below the cooling plate in a height direction and fixedly connected to the casing, the bracket assembly is used for direct contact with a mounting plate of the electric vehicle. When the battery pack of the present disclosure is used in an electric vehicle, since the bracket assembly separates the cooling plate from the mounting plate of the electric vehicle, the cooling plate does not need to directly exchange heat with the mounting plate, thereby reducing the influence of the temperature of the mounting plate on the cooling plate, and increasing the cooling or heating efficiency of the cooling plate to the battery inside the casing.

The electrode component includes an electrode body, a conductive structure, and a reinforcement structure. The electrode body includes an insulating substrate and a conductive layer disposed on surfaces of the insulating substrate, the conductive layer includes a first portion coated with an active material and a second portion extending from the first portion and uncoated with the active material. The conductive structure is connected to the second portion. The reinforcement structure reinforces the conductive structure on the second portion. According to the present disclosure, by reinforcing the conductive structure connected to the second portion of the electrode component having the insulating substrate by the reinforcing structure, the reliability of the arrangement of the conductive structure on the second portion can be effectively improved.
