Abstract: A battery pack for optimizing the structure of the battery pack includes a case, a battery module and a blocking member. The case includes an accommodating cavity and a drain hole in communication with the accommodating cavity. The battery module is contained inside the accommodating cavity. The blocking member is mounted to the case, and located between the drain hole and the battery module to block a binder for fixing the battery module from entering the drain hole. In the above-described technical solution, the blocking member can produce the effect of reducing or even avoiding binder for fixing the battery module from clogging in the drain hole.

Abstract: A battery pack, includes a box assembly including a box body and a plurality of fixed beams, a plurality of battery modules, and a plurality of constraint components, each of which includes a limiting portion, a first mounting portion and a second mounting portion. The first mounting portion is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes along a length direction of the fixed beams. The second mounting portion is provided with a plurality of second mounting holes along the length direction. A plurality of first fasteners respectively pass through the first mounting holes and are fixed to one fixed beam. A plurality of second fasteners respectively pass through the second mounting holes and are fixed to the other fixed beam. The first mounting hole and the second mounting hole have different adjustment amounts in the arrangement direction.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a battery module including a plurality of battery unit array structures and a battery container body. The battery container body includes a first container body and a second container body that are in a split structure. The first container body is disposed at a side of the second container body and provided with a first accommodating cavity. The second container body is provided with a second accommodating cavity. The plurality of battery unit array structures is disposed between the first container body and the second container body by means of a mutual cooperation of the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity. Compared with the related art, since the first or second container body is used for transportation, it is unnecessary to introduce an additional component, thereby enhancing the energy density of the battery module.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a battery module and a battery pack. The battery module comprises a plurality of battery cells and a fireproof member, wherein each of the plurality of battery cells is provided with a vent, and the vent faces the fireproof member; wherein the fireproof member includes a fireproof member body and a first extension connected to an upper end of the fireproof member; and/or a second extension connected to a lower end of the fireproof member. When thermal runaway occurs to the battery cells, flames and high temperature particles ejected out of the vent are blocked by the fireproof member body and the first extension and/or the second extension, thus preventing the ejected flames and high temperature particles from burning neighboring battery cells, and preventing the battery cells that has undergone thermal runaway from inducing thermal runaway of the neighboring battery cells opposite to the vents.
