Abstract: In a battery heating system an inverter includes a first-phase bridge arm, a second-phase bridge arm and a third-phase bridge arm connected in parallel, each of a upper bridge arm and a lower bridge arm is provided with a switch module, the switch module is connected in parallel with a buffer module; and a motor controller in the inverter is provided for providing driving signals to the switch module of a target upper bridge arm and the switch module of a target lower bridge arm to control the switch module of the upper bridge arm of any bridge arm among the three phases of bridge arms and the switch module of the lower bridge arm of at least one bridge arm among the bridge arms except the bridge arm where the switch module of the target upper bridge arm is located to be periodically turned on and off.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery heating system and a control method thereof. The battery heating system includes a main positive switch, a main negative switch, an inverter, a motor, and a battery management unit. The inverter includes a first phase bridge arm, a second phase bridge arm and a third phase bridge arm connected in parallel. A motor controller in the inverter is configured to output a drive signal to a target upper-bridge-arm switch unit and a target lower-bridge-arm switch unit, so as to control the target upper-bridge-arm switch unit and the target lower-bridge-arm switch unit to be periodically turned on and off. The battery management unit is configured to collect state parameters of the battery pack. When the state parameters of the battery pack meet preset heating conditions, a control signal is sent to the motor controller to control the motor controller to output the drive signal.

Abstract: Provided is a method and device for obtaining internal side and external side insulation resistances of a relay. The method comprises steps of: controlling the insulation resistance obtaining circuit to output a low-frequency AC signal; when both the main relay and the pre-charge relay are switched off, obtaining an internal side insulation resistance of the main relay according to the low-frequency AC signal; if the internal side insulation resistance of the main relay is normal, controlling the pre-charge relay to be switched on; and when the main relay is switched off and the pre-charge relay is switched on, obtaining an external side insulation resistance value of the main relay according to the low-frequency AC signal. Therefore, the present disclosure can obtain the internal side and external side insulation conditions of the main relay.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery detection circuit and a battery management system. The battery detection circuit includes a positive relay, a negative relay, a first positive sampling unit, a first negative sampling unit, a second positive sampling unit, a second negative sampling unit, and a reference voltage terminal, wherein: all of the first positive sampling unit, the first negative sampling unit, the second positive sampling unit, the second negative sampling unit and a power battery pack to be detected are connected to the reference voltage terminal. With the battery detection circuit and the battery management system of the present disclosure, both the cost of the battery detection circuit and the complexity of the structure of the battery detection circuit can be reduced.
