摘要： A device for measuring a luminance of a fluorescent screen of a cathode ray tube includes a photoelectric conversion device for receiving light from the fluorescent screen and converting the light to electrical energy, an integral device for integrating the electrical energy, a measurement device for measuring the glowing interval time of the cathode ray tube, and a control device for controlling the integral device so as to integrate the electric energy for a general integral time corresponding to the interval time. Also, this device has a calculation device for calculating an offset integrated electrical energy corresponding to a bias component of the photoelectric conversion device, another calculation device for calculating a true integrated electrical energy by subtracting the offset integrated electrical energy from the measured general integrated electrical energy.

摘要： A fuel injector for use with an internal combustion engine, including a valve housing having one end formed with a fuel injection hole; a valve member reciprocally movable in the valve housing for opening and closing the fuel injection hole; an actuator for effecting reciprocal movement of the valve member; and a nozzle fixedly mounted to the one end of the valve housing and formed with a fuel atomizer passage. The fuel atomizer passage includes a fuel inlet communicated with the fuel injection hole for inducing the fuel injected from the fuel injection hole, a passage portion inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to a direction of injection of the fuel to be injected from the fuel injection hole and having a uniform cross section over the entire length thereof, which passage portion has a fuel colliding portion for allowing collision of the fuel injected from the fuel injection hole, and a fuel outlet for discharging the fuel atomized in the passage portion and for restricting a divergence and a direction of a fuel spray to be discharged therefrom.

摘要： Adjustment apparatus for a lens barrel comprises a built-in driving motor; an output gear which is arranged with have its rotation shaft parallel to the optical axis of the lens barrel and to transmit the rotation of the driving motor; a lens driving device which has a transmission gear engaging the output gear and is arranged to shift the lens of the lens barrel in the optical axis direction by using the rotation of the driving motor as a drive source; and an adjustment cam ring which has a tapered cam part and is rotatable around the optical axis. The tapered cam part abuts on the rotation shaft of the output gear. Back-lash adjustment between the output gear and the transmission gear can be accomplished by moving the position of the output gear by rotating the cam ring around the optical axis.

摘要： A curable composition comprising (1) at least one rubber selected from the group consisting of natural rubber, a diene rubber and a diene copolymer rubber, (2) a sulfide resin as a curing agent having the following general formula: ##STR1## wherein X is methylene group, ethylene group, --S-- or --S--S--, R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are independently a C.sub.1-10 alkyl or alkylene group, Y.sup.1 and Y.sup.2 are independently the residue of a phenol compound, p is an integer of 2 to 8, and n is an integer of 2 to 5, (3) a phenolic thermosetting resin and (4) a hardener for hardening said thermosetting resin. The composition shows a low viscosity upon milling and also does not take place scorching and blooming, and can provide a cured rubber having a high dynamic modulus of elasticity with improved workability and processability. The cured rubber is suitable for use in radial tires as bead filler rubber.

摘要： A motion picture camera is adapted to receive a film magazine containing a roll of sound recordable photographic film. A housing forms a chamber to receive the magazine. A cover opens and closes the chamber. A recording system records sound signals on the film. A setting arrangement engages the recorder system and the film with each other so as to record signals. The setting arrangement is movable into a first position where the film engages the recorder and a second position where the film is disengaged from the recorder so as to be incapable of recording sound signals. A transport device is coupled to the setting arrangement in the first position when the recorder is in the first position. An interconnecting system responds to closure of the cover for moving the setting arrangement from the second position to the first position so that the camera can be set for sound signal recording in response to the closing of the cover.
