摘要: A bond between fluoroelastomer and polyamide resin is established by applying a silane-based primer composition to a surface of polyamide resin, heat treating at 100-200° C., applying a liquid fluoroelastomer composition to the primer coat at room temperature to 100° C., and heat curing at 100-200° C. for bonding the fluoroelastomer to the polyamide resin. The bond between fluoroelastomer and polyamide resin is maintained over a long period of time even in transmission oils.

摘要: A conductive pattern basically has a substantially polygonal outline shape which is a polygon and can have a high peak value of the electromagnetic wave absorption amount as compared to a case when the conductive pattern has a circular outline shape. Thus, the conductive pattern is basically a polygon and at least one corner portion is shaped in curve. This reduces or even minimizes the shift of the frequency at which the absorption amount becomes a peak value by the polarization direction of the electromagnetic wave. Accordingly, in at least one embodiment, it is possible to realize an electromagnetic absorber having an excellent electromagnetic wave absorption characteristic exhibiting a high peak value of the absorption amount of the electromagnetic wave and a small shift of frequency at which the absorption amount becomes a peak value by the polarization direction of the electromagnetic wave.

摘要: A thin, light and soft electromagnetic wave absorber is disclosed exhibiting an excellent workability. The first conductor element group of a first conductor element layer consists of aligned cross conductor elements and square conductor elements in regions surrounded by cross conductor elements. A radio wave incident from the first conductor element layer side is received by each element, internally subjected to multiple reflection and then absorbed by a first loss material layer. Since the first conductor element group is realized by the cross conductor elements and the square conductor elements, receiving effect is enhanced and the radio wave can be collected with a high collection efficiency.

摘要: Conductor layers 2A and insulating layers 4A are alternately stacked so as to prepare a base material 17. A plurality of grooves 18 having a predetermined width are formed in a surface of the base material 17 in such a manner that these plural grooves 18 are located parallel to each other along a stacking layer direction in order to form a coil inner peripheral portion. Embedding materials 5 are filled into the grooves 18. Surfaces 16 of the base material into which the embedding materials 5 have been filled are flattened by polishing. The conductor layers 2A located adjacent to each other are connected to each other, so that helical coils which constitute inductive elements are constructed. Then, both the front plane and the rear plane of the resultant base material are covered by an insulating layer, which is cut so as to obtain respective chips.

摘要: A multilayer inductor is provided with a coil part including a coiled conductor and lead conductors, an outer sheath part covering the coil part and having an electrical isolation, and external electrodes electrically connected to the respective lead conductors. The lead conductors are located at both ends of the coiled conductor and have a width identical with that of the coiled conductor. The outer sheath part has two first side faces parallel to the axial direction of the coiled conductor and not adjacent to each other, and a second side face intersecting with the axial direction of the coiled conductor. Each external electrode has a first electrode portion formed throughout a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the coiled conductor on the first side face. Each external electrode is not substantially formed on the second side face.

摘要: A lubricating structure in a fixed displacement piston type compressor has a housing, a rotary shaft, a cam, a piston, a rotary valve and a rotary body. The housing defines a cam chamber, cylinder bores and a suction pressure region. The rotary shaft is rotatably supported by the housing. The cam is located in the cam chamber and is connected to the rotary shaft. The piston is located in each of the cylinder bores and engages the cam to reciprocate with rotation of the rotary shaft through the cam. The rotary valve connected to the rotary shaft includes an introducing passage and a supply passage that interconnects the introducing passage and the suction pressure region. The introducing passage introduces fluid into the cylinder bores through the supply passage. The rotary body connected to the rotary shaft includes a communication passage that interconnects the cam chamber and the suction pressure region.
