    摘要: An optical function panel having a main body comprises a main layer and at least a functional layer combined with main layer, wherein the main layer is thicker than functional layer, and the main layer is composed of a transparent material, the main layer and functional layer are formed by co-extrusion in an extruder, and are formed with regular or irregular salient structures on an upper or/and a lower surface of the main body. The thicknesses of main layer and functional layer and formulae or additives can be adjusted flexibly. The brightness can be increased by the serrated structures on the upper surface of main body while the concealing property is invariant; and the main layer and functional layer are independent of the absolute influence of formulae or additives on the transmittance property of diffuser plate.

    摘要: Methods and apparatuses for interference control have been disclosed. A method for a source cell in a handover procedure is provided. The method comprises: determining restricted subframes in which signal transfer from the source cell to its served user equipments is restricted; and notifying information about the determined restricted subframes to a target cell, wherein the determined restricted subframes are used for scheduling user equipments which are taking handover from the source cell to the target cell. Thus, an improved approach has been provided to decrease the dropping rate in cell soft lock for PCI collision.

    摘要: A method, a device, and a system for sending and receiving messages are provided. The method for sending messages includes: receiving, by a Mobility Management Entity (MME), an Earthquake and Tsunami Warning System (ETWS) message; setting an information change identifier if the received ETWS message is different from the ETWS message stored by the MME; and sending the received ETWS message and the information change identifier. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the MME decides whether to send the ETWS message to the eNB. Therefore, the eNB needs only to transmit the received message to the UE transparently, and does not need to judge the content of the ETWS message, thus simplifying the process of the eNB sending the ETWS message and reducing the load of the access network device.

The heat collector of the dish-type solar thermal power generation system comprises a heat collecting cavity and at least one layer of heat absorbing coil. The heat collecting cavity is provided with an opening. The heat absorbing coil forms a cavity structure. The cavity structure is provided with a hole. The cavity structure is arranged within the heat collecting cavity. The hole and the opening are aligned. A low temperature inlet of the heat absorbing coil is arranged on the cavity structure at a location where incident light energy distribution density is at maximum. The heat collector is capable of preventing ablation of the heat absorbing coil due to localized overheating and burning of the heat collector due to abrupt drop in convective heat transfer coefficient caused by phase transition of working fluid.

The apparatus includes a receiving module and a sending module. The communication system, network handover processing method and network handover processing apparatus can reduce the state change times of the UE in the network handover process and save the system resources.
