摘要： In order to provide a walking assistance device capable of favorably providing an assisting force for maintaining the upright posture while reducing the sense of pressure when worn by the user, a hip support member (1) of the walking assisting device, which comprises an assisting force generator (hip joint actuator 10) disposed at least on a side of a hip joint to provide an assisting force to a movement of a lower limb, is provided with: a back support (4) equipped with pads (18, 19, 20) for respectively abutting an intermediate portion between right and left erector spinae muscles, lateral outer sides of the spinae muscles and right and left iliac crests; and a belt (5) connected to the back support for tightening a lower part of the rectus abdominis muscle. In this way, a supporting force can be provided to the lumbar vertebrae to steadily keep the upright posture while reducing a resistance to a bending movement of the waist caused by the support member. Further, the drive torque from the assisting force generator can be supported by the whole hip portion and this can contribute to preventing inadvertent move of the support member.

摘要： A delay element generates a delayed clock signal which transitions with a delay from a rising (or falling) of a reference clock signal by a delay amount determined based on an output of a loop filter. A signal generation circuit generates two signals which complementarily change according to rising and falling of the reference clock signal and a transition of the delayed clock signal. A charge pump circuit performs on the loop filter, according to these two signals, a push (or pull) operation during an interval extending from a rising (or falling) of the reference clock signal to the transition of the delayed clock signal and a pull (or push) operation during an interval extending from the transition of the delayed clock signal to a falling (or rising) of the reference clock signal.

摘要： In walking assistance device, a force detector (21) is provided between thigh retaining member (9) that directly retain the thigh of the user and a thigh support member (2) that is actuated by an actuator (TA1) provided in hip coupling portion. Thereby, the load acting on the hip coupling portion can be accurately detected, and the output of the force detector can be favorably used for the purpose of controlling the actuator so as to minimize the force that is applied to the thigh of the user. In particular, to the end of providing a suitably rigidity to the thigh retaining member so that the force produced by the actuator may be evenly applied to the entire thigh, and facilitating the effort required for the wearer to wear the walking assistance device, the thigh retaining member comprises a base portion (9a) connected to the thigh support member and two pairs of resilient arms (9b, 9c) extending laterally from either side of the base portion so that the thigh retaining member generally defines a shape of letter-C in plan view.
