    摘要: A method and apparatus for providing 3D still image service in a specific time interval during audio-visual service of digital broadcast are provided. The method includes receiving a reference image and a 3D supplement image, which construct a 3D still image, through a data channel or a video channel together with a 2D image; restoring the reference image and the 3D supplement image to the 3D still image; and displaying the 3D still image in a specific interval during digital audio-visual broadcast using the 2D image according to display information which includes a play time and a play mode.

A method for enhancing quality of a depth image includes: receiving a multi-view image including a left image, a right image, and a center image; receiving a current depth image frame and a previous depth image frame of the current depth image frame; setting an intensity difference value corresponding to a specific disparity value of the current depth image frame by using the current depth image frame and the previous depth image frame; setting a disparity value range including the specific disparity value; and setting an intensity difference value corresponding to the disparity value range of the current depth image frame by using the multi-viewpoint image.

    摘要: A method for forming a device isolation layer of a semiconductor device or a non-volatile memory device is provided. A method for forming a device isolation layer of a semiconductor device includes: forming trenches having a first predetermined depth by etching a substrate; forming a first insulation layer having a second predetermined depth inside the trenches; forming a liner oxide layer having a predetermined thickness on internal walls of the trenches with the first insulation layer formed therein; and forming a second insulation layer for forming a device isolation layer over the substrate with the liner oxide layer formed therein, wherein the second insulation layer has a lower etch rate than that of the first insulation layer.
