Abstract: A method performed by a Building Management System (BMS) includes receiving a vibration dataset associated with a machine controlled by the BMS. The vibration dataset includes machine metadata, machine operating conditions, and one or more time waveforms. The method further includes assembling a feature vector comprising one or more features of the vibration dataset for input to a machine learning model. The machine learning model is associated with a component of the machine. The method further includes applying the feature vector to the machine learning model in order to generate a condition score for the component. The method further includes scheduling a maintenance event for the machine or changing a setpoint associated with the machine depending on the condition score.

Abstract: A building system for operating a building and managing building information, the building system comprising one or more memory devices configured to store instructions thereon. The instructions causing one or more processors to receive building data from one or more building data sources and generate a space graph based on the building data, wherein the space graph is a graph data structure comprising nodes representing entities and edges between the entities representing relationships between the entities. The instructions cause the one or more processors to ingest data values of the building data into the space graph, the data values associated with the entities, and perform one or more operations with the space graph based on both the relationships of the entities and the ingested data values.

Abstract: A system for securely communicating information in a building management system (BMS) includes a plurality of HVAC devices communicably coupled via a network each HVAC device storing a copy of an HVAC data chain that includes a plurality of blocks linked sequentially. The plurality of HVAC devices includes a first HVAC device including a processing circuit configured to generate a first block comprising device data and send the block to at least a portion of the plurality of HVAC devices. The processing circuit is configured to receive a second block from one of the plurality of HVAC devices and solve the second block. The processing circuit is further configured to add the solved block to the HVAC data chain of the first HVAC device as the newest block and send the solved block to each of the plurality of HVAC devices.

Abstract: A building management system includes an entity database that stores a plurality of interconnected smart entities. The smart entities include object entities representing a plurality of people or physical devices and data entities representing data associated with the people or physical devices. The smart entities are interconnected by relational objects indicating relationships between the object entities and the data entities. Each of the object entities includes a plurality of stored identity attributes. An identity management service is configured to receive a first identity attribute from a first device within a building, receive a second identity attribute from a second device within the building, compare the first and second identity attributes to the stored identity attributes of an object entity of the plurality of interconnected smart entities, and allow access to at least one of a building space, a device of building equipment, or a computer system.
