Furthermore, the fuel injector includes a filter element, the filter element being positioned downstream from the armature in the cup-shaped sleeve.

    摘要: A dual component injector, especially for internal combustion engines, has a nozzle body, which has a nozzle outlet, and a valve needle for opening and closing the nozzle outlet. A first feed channel is used for supplying a first fluid to the nozzle outlet, and a second feed channel is used for supplying a second fluid to the nozzle outlet. Optionally, a fluid chamber, which is located in the nozzle body, is connected to the nozzle outlet. The second feed channel is connected to the fluid chamber or to the first feed channel via at least two bored holes. The bored holes open out in the fluid chamber or in the first feed channel in such a way that the second fluid produces a swirling flow pattern in the fluid chamber or in the first feed channel.

    摘要: A fuel injection valve has a metal base body extending over its entire axial length, which includes a core/internal pole and a valve jacket. The internal pole is produced by extrusion and includes a valve inlet connection, the actual core of the electromagnetic circuit, a magnetic choke point and an area for guiding an armature. However, the valve jacket is produced by deep drawing. In addition to its function as a housing part, the valve jacket also serves as a valve seat carrier. A clearance is formed between the valve jacket and the internal pole, holding a magnet coil which is sealed by a ring gasket and is therefore dry. This fuel injection valve is suitable in particular for use in fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines with spark ignition and gas mixture compression.

    摘要: In a fuel injection valve, after a preliminary adjustment of the valve seat support and immobilization thereof on the valve housing by way of a flanged rim, the effective stroke of the valve needle is measured, with the magnet coil energized, using an electrical displacement measurement system, and compared in the electronic control device to the reference stroke. In the event of a difference between these two values, the electronic control device activates a welding device which generates in an adjusting segment a first circumferential weld bead whose shrinkage upon cooling results in a decrease in the effective stroke. If, in a new measurement and adjustment cycle, the effective stroke still differs from the reference stroke, further weld beads are generated. The fuel injection valve is suitable particularly for the injection of fuel directly into the combustion chambers of internal combustion engines.
