摘要： A multilayer wiring structure of a semiconductor device having a stacked structure is arranged to restrain reliability degradation due to stress applied to the region of wiring between opposite upper and lower plugs. The rate of overlap of contact surface between upper plug and wiring on contact surface between lower plug and wiring, is small to the extent that no void is generated. The multilayer wiring structure is produced such that no grain boundary is contained in the region of wiring between upper and lower plugs. The difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the material of wiring and the material of upper and lower plugs, is small to the extent that no void is generated.

Further, a receiving apparatus (11) includes a receiving unit (12) for extracting media encoded data having a temporal continuity and the reproduction information from the received data, a decoding unit (13) for decoding the media encoded data, and a reproducing unit (14) for reproducing the decoded media data that is decoded on the basis of the reproduction information.

摘要： A solid-state imaging device of the present invention includes: photodiodes having a vertical overflow drain structure; vertical shift registers for temporarily storing signals transferred from the photodiodes; and a horizontal shift register for storing and horizontally transferring signals transferred from the vertical shift registers, wherein a φSUB pulse is applied to the substrate, the φSUB pulse having a larger pulse width than a φV pulse applied to the gate electrode of each vertical shift register. Thus, it is possible to sweep out smear charges from the photodiode toward the substrate.

Further, the body portion is formed integrally with fitting protrusions that fit into the unused first electric wire insertion holes, thereby preventing drops of water from entering the housing through the unused first electric wire insertion holes.

摘要： In a terminal manufacturing method of the present invention, first a thin plate-like body including a thin plate-like terminal portion and a thin plate-like leg portion is formed with a die. The thin plate-like terminal portion has a shape corresponding to a terminal portion 24 of an upper-level terminal 22 and a terminal portion 30 of a lower-level terminal 28. The thin plate-like leg portion has the shape corresponding to a leg portion 26 of the upper-level terminal 22 and a leg portion 32 of the lower-level terminal 28. Then, the upper-level terminal 22 is formed by bending the thin plate-like leg portion toward one side of a plate-thickness direction. Also, the lower-level terminal 28 is formed by bending the thin plate-like leg portion toward the other side of the plate-thickness direction. Thus, by simply changing the bending direction of the thin plate-like leg portion, either the upper-level terminal 22 or the lower-level terminal 28 can be formed. According to the terminal manufacturing method of the invention, when the terminal includes a first terminal mounted in an upper-level mounting hole of a connector housing and a second terminal mounted in a lower-level mounting hole, these two terminals can share a blank material of the same type in common at the manufacturing stage thereof.
