摘要： A semiconductor memory device with a built-in cache memory comprises a memory cell array (1). The memory cell array (1) is divided into a plurality of blocks (B1 to B16). Each block is divided into a plurality of sub blocks each having a plurality of columns. At the time of a cache hit, block address signals (B0, B1) and a column address signal (CA) are simultaneously applied. Any of the plurality of blocks (B1 to B16) is selected in response to the block address signals (B0, B1). 摘要： A DRAM for use in a simple cache memory system comprises a memory cell array divided into a plurality of blocks, a plurality of data registers provided corresponding to the respective blocks of the array for latching memory cell data of the corresponding blocks, and a selector responsive to a row address strobe signal for selecting access to either the data registers or the memory cell array. Upon cache hit, the row address strobe signal is inactivated to cause the selector to select the access to the data registers. Upon cache miss, the row address strobe signal is activated to cause the selector to select the access to the memory cell array.

摘要： A velvet-type or snap-together fastener web comprises a warp-knitted ground structure and series of interlooped loops disposed in at least every other wale, each loop including a pair of mushroomed stems projecting from the wale at each course. To produce such a fastener web, a double-faced fabric is knitted on a Raschel warp knitting machine, and is separated into a plurality of strips by dissolving transversely spaced water-soluble threads in the fabric. Each strip is divided into front and back fabric webs by severing thermoplastic thread portions therebetween, leaving a multiplicity of raised stems on each fabric web. The raised fabrc stems are then heated to mushroom their ends.

摘要： A slide fastener stringer includes a warp-knit stringer tape comprising a first set of yarns forming a knit ground structure containing stitch loops in every course and wale of the tape, and a second set of yarns knit in the ground structure and each extending coursewise across at least one wale, the yarns of second set comprising textured yarns. A third set of yarns forms a plurality of chains of loops knit in the ground structure and extending along wales in at least one edge portion of the tape. A fourth set of yarns is laid in the ground structure and extends in and along the wales in the tape edge portion, on which a row of coupling elements is mounted. With the stringer tape thus constructed, the tape edge portion is tight and resistant to walewise stretch and the remainder portion is relatively coarse and roughened.

摘要： A slide fastener stringer includes a stringer tape of a warp-knit structure and a series of discrete or separate fastener elements mounted on and along one longitudinal edge of the stringer tape. The stringer tape has a reinforcing cord laid therein or inserted in an outermost groove between adjacent two wales of the tape, the cord extending warpwise and being thicker than the threads forming the tape fabric. The reinforcing cord is stitched with lock or double locked stitches at intervals spaced along the tape, thereby providing an element-anchoring bead on the tape. A pair of additional threads are preferably interlaced with the stitches and are disposed on the flat surface of the tape.
