    Abstract: A method of channel coding for transmitting data in a wireless access system includes: calculating a number C of code blocks by an equation of C=┌B/(Z−L)┐, wherein B denotes a size of an input bit sequence, wherein Z denotes a maximum size of the code blocks, and wherein L denotes a size of a cyclic redundancy check (CRC) which is to be attached to each of the code blocks; calculating a size B′ of a modified input bit sequence by an equation of B′=B+C*L; generating the code blocks based on the number C of the code blocks and the size B′ of the modified input bit sequence; and channel-coding the code blocks.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting a reference signal in a multi-antenna system is provided. The method includes: selecting at least one orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol in a subframe containing a plurality of OFDM symbols; allocating a channel quality indication reference signal (CQI RS) capable of measuring a channel state for each of a plurality of antennas to the selected at least one OFDM symbol; and transmitting the CQI RS, wherein the CQI RS is allocated to an OFDM symbol which does not overlap with an OFDM symbol to which a common reference signal to be transmitted to all user equipments in a cell or a dedicated reference signal to be transmitted to a specific user equipment in the cell is allocated.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method and to an apparatus for transmitting an SRS in a multi-antenna system. The method comprises the steps of: acquiring specific information for discriminating a first antenna group and a second antenna group from among a plurality of antennas, wherein said first antenna group includes one or more antennas which are set to a turned-on state to perform communication with a base station, and said second antenna group includes one or more other antennas which are set to a turned-off state; transmitting an SRS to the base station if a predetermined condition is satisfied, under the condition that the second antenna group is set to the turned-off state; and setting the second antenna group to a turned-off state after the transmission of the SRS.
