    摘要: A hand brake lever assembly includes a plunger mounted on a support for axial slidable movement and for rotation about its axis and being connected at its one end to a parking brake, a locking mechanism associated with the plunger to retain the plunger in a pulled out position against a returning effort of the parking brake acting thereon and being arranged to be released by rotation of the plunger, a sleeve member secured to the other end of the plunger and having an annular end wall formed with a first annular cam surface and an axial key groove, a handle having a shaft extending therefrom and inserted into the sleeve member, the handle shaft being formed with an axial guide groove and being integrally provided with a cam member which is formed with a second annular cam surface complementary with the first cam surface and is axially slidably coupled within the sleeve member, a first spring for pressing the annular cam surfaces in contact with each other, a release rod axially slidably coupled with the guide groove for rotation with the handle, the release rod being formed at its one end with a key to be brought into engagement with the axial key groove and being provided at its other end with a knob, and a second spring for biasing the knob toward the plunger to disengage the key of the release rod from the axial key groove of the sleeve member.

    摘要: A sealing boot for use in a disc brake assembly which includes a stationary support member having a support pin fixed thereto, and a caliper member having a boss portion slidably supported on the support pin. The sealing boot includes a bellows portion integrally formed at the opposite ends thereof with an outside cylindrical sealing portion coupled over the support pin and an inside cylindrical sealing portion coupled within an annular groove in the boss portion, the inside sealing portion being formed at its outer circumference with a first annular projection in contact with the bottom surface of the annular groove and at its inner circumference with a second annular projection sliding in contact with the support pin. The first annular projection of the inside sealing portion is formed at its one side with a steep annular surface directed outwardly and at its other side with a gentle slope annular surface and has a rounded annular head in contact with the bottom surface of the annular groove. The second annular projection is slightly displaced relative to the first annular projection.

    摘要: A dustcover used in a disc brake of a vehicle for covering a disc rotor disposed in a wheel disc of cup shape from the opposite side of the wheel disc so as to protect the rotor from splashed mud water. The dustcover is provided with a pair of vent openings respectively open to the frontward direction and the rearward direction of the vehicle formed thereon at a lowered portion thereof than the rotational axis of the rotor. An air collecting portion is formed at the frontwardly open vent opening, gradually expanding in the air flowing area in the frontward direction of the vehicle. The front end of the air collecting portion is projected out of the cup-shaped wheel disc. The air collected by the air collecting portion is allowed to pass rearwardly through the dustcover right along the lower half portion of the rotor for cooling it.

    摘要: An antirattle spring for a disc brake is represented as being entirely disposed outside of a clearance between one of a plurality of edges of pad assemblies and a stationary member anchoring against the one edge. Consequently, the antirattle spring is freed from any restraint as would otherwise be imposed upon a designer of a more complicated and smaller sized configuration of the spring, and is therefore more likely to retain its resiliency than are prior art antirattle springs. The antirattle spring has one end thereof bolted to the stationary member and the other end thereof engaging one of the plurality of edges with a required elastic energy stored within the middle portion of the spring.

In the circuit, the first resistor and a mirror capacitance composed of the first capacitor and the first amplifier constitute a low-pass filter.
