摘要: A storage apparatus includes a container body, a lid member with an arm, a shaft, an urging member, and a slot. The container body has a top opening. The lid member opens and closes the top opening of the container body, and is held swingably to the container body. The arm extends downward from the lid member. The shaft supports the arm pivotably to the container body, and is fitted into the slot so as to pivotably hold the arm. The urging member urges the lid member upward. The slot extends up-and-downward. Moreover, the container body further has a receiver. The receiver is brought into contact with the lid member so as to support the lid member when the pivotably-supporting shaft moves relatively within the slot so as to move the lid member downward. Therefore, the arm and pivotably-supporting shaft hardly deform because no excessive load acts onto them.

摘要: In the method of manufacturing a semiconductor device, via holes and first trenches to form air gaps are concurrently formed in a first insulating film on a semiconductor substrate and a second insulating film is formed thereon. Thereafter, the second insulating film lying outside the area corresponding to the regions where the first trenches to form air gaps are formed is partially removed to form trenches for wiring by using a mask. A plurality of wirings are formed by filling in the trenches for wiring with a metal film. The second insulating film remaining in the regions where the first trenches to form air gaps are formed is then removed to form second trenches to form air gaps. Subsequently, in forming a third insulating film, air gaps are formed within the second trenches to form air gap.

摘要: A semiconductor laser chip has an emission facet for emitting a laser beam. A sub-mount has a first surface and at least one second surface vertical to the first surface. The semiconductor laser chip is provided on the first surface of the sub-mount. The second surface arranged in line with the emission facet of the semiconductor laser chip is inclined at an angle of 3 to 30 degrees. The inclined second surface reflects reflection light of a sub-beam diffracted from a main beam emitted by the semiconductor laser chip.

摘要: An object cooperative network system for executing processing in cooperation between objects connected by a common communication path. Each of the objects includes a transmitting section to transmit messages that include predetermined information to the network system. In addition, each object includes a monitoring section to monitor the predetermined information of the transmitted messages, and a reaction table to indicate correspondence between the transmitted messages. Each of the objects sets information to which the object should respond in the monitoring section, and receives a message to execute processing by making reference to the reaction table when information to which the object should respond is detected.

摘要: A construction machine comprising a floor plate, an air conditioning unit mounted at the rear of an upper surface of the floor plate, an operator's seat mounted in a central portion of the upper surface of the floor plate, a cab installed on the floor plate from top and provided with a front window and a front air conditioning blowing opening at the front part, and a front duct for connecting between the air conditioning unit and the front air conditioning blowing opening and being divided into at least two detachably connected parts, one out of the divided front ducts being connected to the air conditioning unit, the other being connected to the front air conditioning blowing opening. The front duct for connecting between the air conditioning unit and the front air conditioning blowing opening is divided into at least two parts, and the divided front ducts are respectively connected to the air conditioning unit and the front air conditioning blowing opening, respectively, in advance. Therefore, when the cab is installed on the floor plate from top, the divided front ducts are merely connected whereby the work of duct piping to the front air conditioning blowing opening can be completed. Because of this, the work for installing the cab on the floor plate from top can be simplified greatly, and the time necessary for the installing work can be considerably shortened.
