Abstract:
The invention is a vehicle wheel with a removable vehicle wheel ring and vehicle wheel sized and shaped to simulate the look of a bead-lock vehicle wheel. It has the same appearance as an off road bead lock vehicle wheel. This vehicle wheel can be fabricated without modifying an existing wheel and is street legal wheel and capable of mass-production. The wheel is capable of production at a fraction of the cost of an actual bead lock wheel. The wheel can be produced with a matching or contrasting color for the simulated outer bead lock ring. The simulated outer bead lock ring can have a light reflective surface so that the ring will become much more distinguishable when a light source strikes it. The simulated outer bead lock ring has a far greater ease of interchangeability than a conventional bead lock vehicle wheel.
Abstract:
A method and system of installing applications for a plurality of mobile devices from a storage source, wherein each mobile device is of a different type, includes storing on the storage source a plurality of applications. Each application is designed for a unique type of mobile device. The mobile device is connected to the storage source and the type of mobile device is detected. A selected application is then transferred to the mobile device.
Abstract:
A fixing apparatus of a data storing device comprises a lower case an upper case, and two combining elastic pieces. The left and right sides of this lower case each has a combining portion having a combining elastic piece thereon. The upper case is installed above the lower case; and two combining elastic pieces each has a buckling portion and a movable portion, the movable portion can drive the buckling portion, and the two combining elastic pieces is connected to left and right sides of the upper case. The data storing device can be disposed between the upper case and the lower case, and then the buckling portions of the combining elastic pieces connected to the left and right sides of the upper case are buckled to the combining holes of the lower case so that the data storing device is clamped and fixed between the upper case and lower case.
Abstract:
A method for removing a multiplicity of solder bodies connected to a semiconductor wafer through a copper wetting layer from the semiconductor wafer is disclosed. In the method, a semiconductor wafer that has on a top surface a multiplicity of solder bodies electrically connected to a multiplicity of bond pads through a multiplicity of copper wetting layers is first provided. When the multiplicity of solder bodies is found out of specification or must be removed for any other quality reasons, the semiconductor wafer is exposed to an etchant that has an etch rate toward the copper wetting layer at least 5 times the etch rate toward a metal that forms the multiplicity of bond pads. The semiconductor wafer may be removed from the etchant when the multiplicity of copper wetting layers is substantially dissolved such that the multiplicity of solder bodies is separated from the multiplicity of bond pads. The multiplicity of solder bodies may be either solder bumps or solder balls. The etchant may be a solution that contains Ce (NH4)2 (NO3)6 in a concentration range between about 3 wt. % and about 30 wt. % in water. Ultrasonic vibration may further be used to facilitate the dissolution of the copper wetting layers in the etchant.
Abstract:
An exercise device capable of animating a walking motion is composed of a frame on which a damping unit, two drive units, and a handle are mounted. The drive units are respectively composed of a first frame, a second frame, a connection frame connecting the first frame and the second frame, a slide rod connecting the second frame and a crank of the damping unit, and a pedal rod fastened pivotally at one end thereof with the connection frame and at another end thereof with a roller capable of sliding on the slide rod. The drive units are driven at the same time in opposite directions when the pedal rods are at work, thereby resulting in the actuation of a rotary wheel for bringing about a leg exercise.
Abstract:
A linearity compensation apparatus for a multi-scanning monitor which has a magnetic deflection-type cathode ray tube includes a linearity coil to be connected in series with the deflection coil of a horizontal deflection system of the multi-scanning monitor. An electromagnet has a core connected to the linearity coil and a line coil wound on the core thereof. A current control circuit controls the amount of current flowing through the line coil of the electromagnet so as to correspond with the horizontal scanning frequency from an external display adapter, thereby varying the magnetic field strength of the electromagnet in order to vary automatically the relationship between the inductance and the current flowing through the linearity coil in accordance with the magnitude of the horizontal scanning frequency.
Abstract:
In accordance with a first aspect of the disclosure, a system is provided. The system includes: an optical line terminal (OLT) shelf including a plurality of optical line cards, each optical line card supporting at least one passive optical network (PON) interface for communicating with a corresponding set of optical network units (ONUs), the OLT shelf thereby corresponding to a plurality of sets the ONUs; a system card controller for controlling the plurality of optical line cards; and a DOCSIS proxy for emulating a cable modem (CM) SNMP agent for each ONU, the DOCSIS proxy being responsive to an SNP manager in a DOCSIS NMS to configure the ONUs accordingly.
Abstract:
A device for holding and manipulating compressible cleaning implements is disclosed wherein the cleaning implements may be made from a compressible material and may have a compressible portion. The device may include a handle. A blade may be attached to the handle. An outer blade edge may surround the blade. An opening through the blade may be defined by an inner blade edge. A channel may pass through the blade and may extend from the inner blade edge to the outer blade edge, and may be defined by a first channel edge and a second channel edge. The compressible portion of the cleaning implement may be passed through the channel into the opening and may be held in the opening by engagement with the inner blade edge. Each of the first and second channel edges may respectively define first and second circumferentially directed points configured to poke into the compressible material.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a digital microscope device that is mainly an innovative electronic equipment for observing, inspecting, and recording minute structures. It is including a digital microscope body set with a LCD on its top, and set with an optical lens and a main electrical circuit board in the main body. By utilizing the main electrical circuit board to link with the optical lens and LCD to display the images inspected by the optical lens directly on a LCD, a portable digital microscope that can be carried to any locations is formed, is convenient for the observation of users, and can store the observed images directly to obtain the better effectiveness.
