摘要:
To provide a medical connector device capable of preventing a backflow of liquid from a catheter and ensuring excellent watertight sealing in a connector. The medical connector device includes a catheter (2), a catheter hub (30) having a leading end portion supporting a base portion of the catheter (2), a check valve (45) placed within the hub (30), and a male connector (10) having a male lure portion (15) to be inserted into the hub (30). The male connector (10) includes a leading conduit (16) thinner than the lure portion (15) at a leading end of the lure portion. When the male connector (10) is not being connected to the catheter hub (30), the check valve (45) prevents a backflow of liquid. When the male connector (10) is being connected to the catheter hub (30), the leading conduit (16) is inserted into a central hole (45h) to increase the diameter of the central hole (45h) to allow a flow of liquid, and the check valve (45h) provides watertight sealing between an outer peripheral face of the leading conduit (16) and an inner peripheral face of the hub (30).

A liquid injector displays a plotting chart image whose vertical axis represents liquid injection rates and horizontal axis represents liquid injection times. When an injection graph which represents a liquid injection rate at each quantity of the liquid to be injected is entered into the displayed plotting chart image, the liquid injector controls operation of an injection performing means according to the injection graph and a time which has elapsed from the start of injection of the liquid. The rate at which the liquid is injected can thus be changed as desired with time according to the injection graph.

A medical liquid injection system capable of automatically preventing a piston drive mechanism from being driven when a cylinder holding mechanism does not hold a medical liquid syringe properly. When a cylinder member (210) is being held, in a specific direction of rotation about the axis of the mechanism, by a cylinder holding mechanism (120), an RFID chip (230) and an RFID reader (131) become communicable, making the piston drive mechanism operable. On the other hand, when the cylinder member (210) has been rotated by a specified angle from a specific direction, the RFID chip (230) and the RFID reader (131) become incommunicable, not making the piston drive mechanism operable. As a consequence, the piston drive mechanism is not driven when the cylinder holding mechanism (120) is not holding the medical liquid syringe properly.

A liquid injector (400) injects a medical liquid into a patient whose fluoroscopic image data is to be picked up, and generates injection history data corresponding to the injection. A control box (500) allocates identification data associated with the fluoroscopic image data to the injection history data, and PACS (300) stores the fluoroscopic image data and the injection history data allocated with the identification data. The injection history data is also stored in association with the fluoroscopic image data to be stored, and hence the injection history data can also be confirmed when viewing the fluoroscopic image data.

A chemical solution injection system, wherein a RFID chip (230) is mounted on a chemical liquid syringe (200) in the state of being wrapped around the outer surface of the cylinder member (210) thereof. An amplification antenna (240) wrapped one turn around the outer surface of the cylinder member (210) is disposed at the front of the RFID chip (230) parallel with each other. Since the communication performance of the RFID chip is increased by the amplifying antenna, the RFID chip (230) of the chemical solution syringe (200) is allowed to satisfactorily communicate with the RFID reader (131) of injection head (110).

When consumable part such as pressure-resistant cover (300) is installed on a chemical solution injector (100), consumption degree data is read from storage means such as an RFID chip of the consumable part and temporarily held. If the consumption degree updated according to the use of the consumable part exceeds the consumption criteria, a replacement preliminary warning is outputted and the updated consumption degree data is written in the consumption storage means (310) of the consumable part. Since the consumption degree of a consumable part installed on a mechanical device is automatically detected and a replacement preliminary warning is issue to the user at an adequate timing, continuous use of a totally consumed part, unnecessary replacement of a non-totally consumed part is prevented.

An arcuate guide projection is provided on a front surface of a flange of a syringe barrel and an arcuate guide groove for guiding the guide projection is provided on a front sidewall surface of a flange insert groove of a cylinder holder. When the syringe is mounted, the guide projection and the guide groove are brought into engagement thereby preventing the flange from slipping off upwardly.

There is provided an image display device capable of easily checking an enormous number of tomograms. Display synthesis means (326) synthesizes continuous n tomograms from an enormous number of tomograms and causes tomogram display means (323) to display the synthesized image. Thus, the number of tomograms to be displayed becomes 1/n. Thus, it is possible to easily check the enormous number of tomograms of series data. Moreover, since no thinning of tomograms is performed, it is possible to prevent oversight of necessary information.

Since this syringe has projections provided on the rear surface of a flange of a syringe barrel, when it is inserted in an insertion groove of a cylinder holder, the tips of projections are compressed and the flange is fixed. Consequently, even when a solution having high viscosity is injected at higher pressure, breakage does not occur easily. Further, pressure-receiving area may also be increased by providing a guide defining mounting direction of a syringe, alternatively, a positioning mechanism may be provided so as to obtain mounting at a correct position, or the surface of a flange may be roughened.

The present invention provides liquid injector 100 wherein syringe 210 sucks a liquid from liquid tank 200 in a suck state in which connection switch mechanism 105 connects syringe tube 103 to tank tube 102, and syringe 210 injects the liquid into a patient in an injection state in which connection switch mechanism 105 connects syringe tube 103 to patient tube 101. Since connection switch mechanism 105 blocks patient tube 101 in the suck state, the liquid does not flow back into syringe 210 from the patient. Since tank tube 102 is blocked in the injection state, the liquid does not flow back into liquid tank 200 from syringe 210. Therefore, it is possible to provide liquid injector 100 capable of preventing a backflow of the liquid from the patient to syringe 210 or liquid tank 200 in the structure in which syringe 210 sucks and injects the liquid from liquid tank 200 into the patient.
