    摘要: Provided are a spark plug in which the occurrence of spark blowout or the like is restrained for improvement of ignition performance, and a method of manufacturing the spark plug. A ground electrode 27 of the spark plug has a protrusion 28 which faces a center electrode 5. The distal end surface of the protrusion 28 has a noble metal tip 32 provided at the center thereof and includes an annular fusion portion 33 adjacent to the periphery of the noble metal tip 32, and an annular electrode base metal surface located externally of the annular fusion portion 33. A spark discharge gap 35 is formed between the center electrode 5 and the distal end of the protrusion 28 including the noble metal tip 32.

A semiconductor integrated circuit having a PWM signal generating unit which generates a PWM signal is provided with a PWM timer unit including a counter counting a pulse width of a pulse signal inputted from the outside with delay from a PWM signal, a register loading a counter value of the counter in synchronization with the PWM signal, and an A/D converting unit converting an analog signal serving as a source signal of the pulse signal inputted from the outside to a digital signal.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method of manufacturing anode foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitors with high capacitance and decreased leakage current. The method has the following steps: dipping etched aluminum foil into pure water having a temperature of 90° C. or higher so as to form a hydrated film on the foil; attaching organic acid to the surface of the hydrated film; performing main chemical conversion on the aluminum foil with application of formation voltage after the attaching step; performing depolarization on the aluminum foil after the main chemical conversion step; and performing follow-up chemical conversion on the aluminum foil after the main chemical conversion step. The main chemical conversion treatment has two-or-more stages. In the first stage of the treatment, the foil is dipped into a phosphate aqueous solution, and in the last stage, it is dipped into an aqueous solution different from the phosphate aqueous solution.

In the delay circuit unit, delay circuits are arranged in a matrix form. Delay circuits arranged in a horizontal direction receive an image data directly or via line memories. The image quality adjusting circuit each perform filter processing on the received image data signals lying in a horizontal direction, in a vertical direction, in a down-right direction, and in a down-left direction. The image quality adjusting circuit performs addition of the image data on a focus pixel and the filter-processed data, and thus performs edge correction processing.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, a cell stack of a fuel cell device comprises a positive electrode including a anode separator, and a pair of anode plates laminated opposite first and second contact surfaces of the anode separator, a pair of negative electrodes laminated individually on the opposite sides of the positive electrode, and electrolyte layers. The negative electrode includes a cathode plate opposed to each corresponding anode plate with a gap therebetween and a cathode separator provided with a contact surface opposed to the cathode plate. The anode separator includes first fuel channels formed in the first contact surface, second fuel channels formed in the second contact surface, and cooling channels formed between the first and second contact surfaces and through which a coolant is circulated. The cathode separator includes a plurality of air channels formed in the contact surface and through which air is supplied to the cathode plate.

The touch point preparation position is a stage preceding power generated by an engine being transmitted to the clutch. The actuator moves the rod at high speed until the position of the rod reaches the position corresponding to the touch point preparation position.
