摘要： A brake booster includes a housing in which a constant-pressure chamber and a variable-pressure chamber are defined by a power piston. An input rod is operatively connected to one end of the power piston and receives an input force. A valve is provided in the power piston and operatively connected to the input piston so as to open upon receipt of the input force in such a manner that the differential pressure between the chambers moves the power piston. An output rod is operatively connected to the other end of the power piston. A wall member is provided across which a first auxiliary chamber at a side of the variable-pressure chamber and a second auxiliary chamber formed at a slide of the constant pressure are formed. An orifice passage connects the variable pressure chamber and the first auxiliary chamber.

摘要： A hydraulic pump assembly for use in combination with an accumulator comprises a pump housing provided with an inlet port for connection to a fluid reservoir and an outlet port for connection to the accumulator, a single cam shaft rotatably mounted within the housing to be driven by an electric motor, a first plunger pump assembly of large displacement capacity including a first plunger axially slidably disposed within the housing perpendicularly to the cam shaft to be reciprocated by engagement with the cam shaft, and a second plunger pump assembly of small displacement capacity including a second plunger axially slidably disposed within the housing perpendicularly to the cam shaft to be reciprocated by engagement with the cam shaft and opposed to the first plunger. An exhaust check valve of the first plunger pump assembly is interconnected to a suction check valve of the second plunger pump assembly.

摘要： An antiskid apparatus for an automotive vehicle having a master cylinder connected to wheel cylinders via respective brake lines, and a pressure regulating valve in a power hydraulic pressure line connecting an accumulator with a directional control valve, which is installed in a power hydraulic pressure line connecting the accumulator with a hydraulic pressure control piston. When the brake is applied, the pressure regulating valve is operable, in dependence upon master cylinder hydraulic pressure delivered by each wheel cylinder, to reduce power hydraulic pressure supplied by the accumulator to a hydraulic pressure higher, by a predetermined amount, than the master cylinder hydraulic pressure, and to deliver this reduced hydraulic pressure to each directional control valve. When the brake is not applied, the pressure regulating valve cuts off communication between the accumulator and each directional control valve and brings the hydraulic pressure in a hydraulic pressure line leading to a fluid chamber of the control piston to a value not higher than a set value through the directional control valve. Thus, the fluid chamber is supplied with hydraulic pressure reduced to a predetermined value to suppress a pressure change that occurs in the fluid chamber when the apparatus is operated, thereby reducing shock and noise and making it easier to control the operation of the apparatus.

摘要： An aluminum alloy, a lithographic printing plate support, a lithographic printing plate using the aluminum alloy are disclosed. The aluminum alloy is comprised of aluminum containing 0.20 to 1.0% Fe and 0.005 to 0.1% of elements selected from the group consisting of Sn, In, Ga and Zn. The support composed by the aluminum alloy can be chemically etched with an acid and/or an alkali solution and after undergoing etching the surface of the support is uniformly etched. The uniformly etched surface may be provided with a subbing layer or an anode oxidation film. The support is coated with a light-sensitive layer and utilized as a lithographic printing plate.

摘要： An antirattle spring for a disc brake is represented as being entirely disposed outside of a clearance between one of a plurality of edges of pad assemblies and a stationary member anchoring against the one edge. Consequently, the antirattle spring is freed from any restraint as would otherwise be imposed upon a designer of a more complicated and smaller sized configuration of the spring, and is therefore more likely to retain its resiliency than are prior art antirattle springs. The antirattle spring has one end thereof bolted to the stationary member and the other end thereof engaging one of the plurality of edges with a required elastic energy stored within the middle portion of the spring.
