    摘要: A method for coating a porous polyurethane resin substrate with an aromatic isocyanate coating composition is provided comprising the steps of (i) providing a porous substrate of a polyurethane foam resin comprising at least one surface upon which the aromatic isocyanate coating composition is to be applied; (ii) applying at least one coating of a primary layer to the substrate surface, the primary layer comprising an aqueous solution of a compound that includes at least one —OH reactive group in its non-aqueous, dry state, and capable, upon drying, of forming a self-supporting, continuous film on the substrate surface at room temperature; (iii) optionally subjecting the applied primary layer to forced drying conditions at a temperature below the softening point of the porous polyurethane resin substrate; and (iv) after allowing the primary layer to substantially dry, applying a secondary layer comprising an aromatic isocyanate compound to the primary layer to form a continuous, film-forming coating on the substrate surface, preferably one having the property of being water-impermeable or water-impermeable and water vapor-permeable.

The guide length a2 of a second guide wall is set from 0.05 time or more to 0.5 times or less than the length L2. Consequently if the air mixing chamber has a small capacity (the length parallel to the direction of air flow), it is possible to mix the heated air and the cooled air sufficiently.

    摘要: In an air conditioning apparatus for a vehicle, an amount of hot water flowing from an engine into a heater core is adjusted by a flow control valve so that temperature of air blown from the heater core is adjusted. A water pump driven by the engine is disposed in a water circuit so that hot water circulates between the engine and the heater core. The flow control valve includes a bypass passage through which hot water bypasses the heater core and a pressure response valve for adjusting an opening degree of the bypass passage. An opening degree of the flow control valve is controlled by a control unit so that the amount of hot water flowing into the heater core is adjusted. In the air conditioning apparatus, the opening degree of the flow control valve is corrected by the control unit to reduce variation in the amount of hot water flowing into the heater core due to variation in a rotation speed of the engine. Thus, variation in temperature of air blown from the heater core due to the variation in the rotation speed of the engine can be reduced.

    摘要: The total flow rate of the hot water flowing to a first heater core and a second heater core is controlled by a total flow rate control valve, and then the flow rate of the hot water to each of the heater cores is distributed by a distribution valve. According to this configuration, the flow rate of the hot water flowing through each of the heater cores is linearly controlled. Therefore, the heating of the driver's seat space by the first heater core and the heating of the air conditioning of the passenger's seat space by the second heater core can be linearly controlled.

    摘要: According to the present invention, a hot water type heating apparatus includes a heat exchanger and a flow quantity control valve which controls a quantity of hot water to the heat exchanger. The flow quantity control valve includes a valve housing provided with a first inlet pipe to which the hot water flows, a first outlet pipe which returns hot water to an engine, a second outlet pipe which directs the hot water to the heat exchanger, a second inlet pipe to which the hot water from the heat exchanger flows and a bypass circuit which selectively connects the hot water from the first inlet pipe directly with the first outlet pipe, and a valve body for adjusting an opening area between the first inlet pipe and the second outlet pipe. The first inlet pipe and the first outlet pipe extend from a passenger compartment of a vehicle to an engine room thereof, thereby simplifying the work for connecting these pipes.
