On centers of three side faces of the vibrating body 12, piezoelectric elements 14a, 14b and 14c are formed, respectively. Two piezoelectric elements and 14b are used for driving and detecting. The other piezoelectric element 14c is used for feedback. By trimming a ledge-line portion 12a of the vibrating body 12, a resonance frequency on driving side is controlled. By trimming ledge-line portions 12b and 12c of the vibrating body 12, two resonance frequencies on detecting side are controlled.

    摘要: The vibrator includes a columnar vibrating body consisting of a piezoelectric material. The vibrating body is formed into a polygonal or cylindrical column and, when necessary, a through hole is formed axially thereof. Furthermore, the vibrating body is polarized. On side faces of the vibrating body, at least three external electrodes are formed. Also, when the through hole is to be formed, an internal electrode is formed on its inner circumferential surface. By applying the driving signal to these electrodes, the vibrating body bends and vibrates. And, when the rotational angular velocity is applied to the vibrating body about its axis, a coriolis force is produced responsive thereto. By this coriolis force, the vibrating direction of the vibrating body changes, and a voltage is produced between the two external electrodes. By measuring the voltage, the rotational angular velocity applied to the vibrator can be measured.

    摘要: The detection circuit includes a first synchronism detection circuit for synchronous detection of an input signal. A second synchronism detection circuit synchronously detects the input signal separately from the first synchronism detection circuit. A phase-shifting circuit outputs differently phased signals to the first synchronism detection circuit and the second synchronism detection circuit. A first smoothing circuit smooths the output of the first synchronism detection circuit. A second smoothing circuit smooths the output of the second synchronism detection circuit. A composite circuit adds the outputs of the first smoothing circuit and the second smoothing circuit. Even when a drift component is contained in the input signal, the detection circuit will output a predetermined output signal in which the drift component is suppressed.

    摘要: Herein disclosed is an improved door window pane guide device which comprises a guide rail having a substantially right-angled side wall which is curled at its leading end portion to form a tubular guide portion, and a carrier unit which is movable along the guide rail together with a window pane secured to the carrier unit. The carrier unit has two plastic sliders which are respectively formed with aligned rectangular grooves into which the tubular guide portion of the guide rail is slidably received upon assembly of the window pane guide device. In order to prevent disengagement of the first and second sliders from the tubular guide portion of the guide rail, an axially extending lug portion is formed on each of the first and second sliders to narrow the entrance portion of the groove, or another slider is arranged between the first and second sliders, which has a right-angled head which slidably engages with the tubular guide portion in a manner to restrict displacement of the first and second sliders in a direction away from the tubular guide portion.
