Abstract: A system includes a network device receives a request for media content from a plurality of user devices and transmits the media content in accordance with at least one of a unicast mode and a broadcast mode. A content monitoring device counts a number of requests for the media content received at the network device and selects the mode of the network device based on the number of requests received. A method includes receiving a request for media content from a plurality of user devices, counting a number of requests for media content received at the network device, selecting at least one of a unicast mode and a broadcast mode of the network device based on the number of requests received at the network device, and transmitting the media content in accordance with the selected mode.

Abstract: A server may be configured to receive behavior information associated with a user device. The behavior information may indicate a set of geographical locations at which the user device has been present. The server may generate a mode based on the behavior information. Abstract: Systems and methods provide a latency certification service. One or more network devices in an application service layer network receive a service request for a latency certification service and instantiate a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) proxy for a data session between an application server device and a user equipment (UE) device. The one or more network devices obtain a digital certificate for the TCP proxy. The one or more network devices receive, at the TCP proxy, a data packet from the UE device; apply a certified timestamp to the data packet to form a certified timestamped data packet; and forward the certified timestamped data packet to the application server device.

Abstract: An example method described herein includes obtaining a private identifier for a private radio access network (RAN). The method may include configuring the private network platform to host the network functions to provide a private multi-access edge computing (MEC) environment. The private MEC environment may be configured to host one or more MEC applications. The method may include configuring a communication interface between the private RAN and the private MEC environment to enable the UE to access, via the private RAN, the private MEC environment and performing an action associated with the private MEC environment.
