    摘要: A composite push-pull bar for use in a rail vehicle includes end-side connecting elements for axial introduction of compressive and tractive forces; and a rod-shaped structural element disposed between the end-side connecting elements for take-up and transmission of compressive and tractive forces. The rod-shaped element comprises a longitudinally extending core, a prestressed composite winding, including a defined number of wrappings of one or several reinforcing fibers embedded in a cured matrix material, applied in a longitudinal direction of the core so as to leave opposite longitudinal sides of the core not covered by the winding, the winding extending over the connecting elements and two skins arranged on the opposite longitudinal sides of the core not covered by the winding to form a sandwich structure with the core and which remain rigid under compression in their longitudinal direction.

    摘要: An element for supporting the suspension-springs of railway wagons including a bottom plate, an intermediate plate and a parallel adjacent supporting plate provided with the interposition of first and second elastic rings which are connected to the plates at their respective contacting surfaces. The second elastic ring has a greater rigidity compared to that of the first elastic ring. The greater rigidity is obtained by forming the second ring to have a lesser height (L") than that (L') of the first ring, or by use of an elastomeric material that is more rigid than the material which is used for forming the first ring.

    摘要: The rail vehicle has two bogies each connected to the vehicle body by way of a single rod adapted to transmit traction and braking forces. The rods are disposed in the longitudinal center-plane of the body and are articulated to the body at one end and to the particular bogie at the opposite end. The rods are at an inclination such that the imaginary extension of the longitudinal axis of each rod intersects the transverse center-plane of the particular bogie concerned at a distance below the plane of the rail-top surfaces. To an extent corresponding to the distance, the axle loading of the leading wheel set of the leading bogie becomes greater than the axle loading of the second wheel set, thus compensating for the effect of reduced friction between the leading wheel set and the rails in bad weather conditions.

    摘要: The low slung traction means serves to transmit traction or braking forces between the rail vehicle body and the supporting undercarriage. In one embodiment, the traction means has a horizontal intermediate member connected to the undercarriage via inclined rods and connected to the body via a second longitudinal connecting rod. In addition, the intermediate rod is coupled to the vehicle body via a guide means formed by a linkage. The traction and braking forces are transmitted exactly at the force attack point given by the imaginary intersection of the inclined rods and the moment exerted on the intermediate rod by the traction and/or braking forces is compensated by a corresponding reaction moment via the guide linkage. Other embodiments utilize transverse cross-pieces, T-shaped intermediate members, lever cross-intermediate members and the like.

The carrying unit is provided with means pivotally supporting swinging arms to which the wheels are rotatably connected, each swinging arm being coupled to a device which holds the carrying unit at a predetermined distance from the ground and which device consists of a first cylinder-piston device on each side of the vehicle including a pressure fluid which counteracts the moments generated by the wheel pressures via the swinging arms.
