摘要: A vehicle stabilizer bar assembly having a pair of stabilizer bar members that are selectively uncoupled via a clutch. The clutch includes a moving element that can be selectively moved via an actuator to effect the uncoupling of the stabilizer bar members. The actuator is configured to apply a force to the moving element concentrically about the axis along which the moving element translates. The clutch is configured to transmit torque from one of the stabilizer bar members to the other stabilizer bar member concentrically about the axis. A method for operating a vehicle stabilizer bar assembly is also provided.

摘要: A vehicle includes a resisting force change mechanism that changes a resisting force exerted against a turning operation of each of an upper cross member and a lower cross member with respect to a body frame, and a resisting force that occurs when the upper cross member and the lower cross member are displaced from respective positions relative to the body frame in at least two different magnitudes. The resisting force change mechanism includes a first portion and a second portion that change a resisting force against a relative turning therebetween about a resisting force change axis which is parallel or substantially parallel with an upper middle axis. The first portion is non-turnably fixed to one member and the second portion is supported by another member, at least a portion of which is turnably supported by the one member, and the second portion turns relative to the first portion.

摘要: A stabilizer bar system that includes a first stabilizer bar, a second stabilizer bar and a clutch having a clutch housing and a plurality of coupling members housed in the clutch housing. The first stabilizer bar is received in the clutch housing for rotation relative to the clutch housing about a rotational axis. The second stabilizer bar is fixedly coupled to the clutch housing. The coupling members are configured to selectively non-rotatably couple the first stabilizer bar to the clutch housing such that the clutch housing is employed to transmit torque between the first and second stabilizer bars.

摘要: A vehicle frame which comprises at least one top beam, at least one front cross bar and a rear cross bar disposed on both ends of the at least one top beam, a pair of front and rear bent support assemblies disposed on both ends of the at least one cross bar, wherein the front and rear action-bar and reaction-bar are bent forwardly at a vectorial angle of about 90 degrees, respectively, and also depending on the purpose and function of the use action-bar and reaction-bar differ in length and in diagonally inclined angle, respectively, therefore the front and rear bent support assemblies are used to create component and resultant forces to be transformed to the forward moving kinetic energy for the vehicle.

摘要: A resisting force change mechanism includes a first portion and a second portion configured to change a resisting force against relative displacement. The first portion is supported on any one of a first side member, a second side member, a first cross member, and a second cross member of a link mechanism where at least a portion thereof is superposed on one member at all times. The first portion is aligned with the one member and a steering shaft at the front. The second portion is supported on any other one of the body frame, the first side member, the second side member, the first cross member, and the second cross member that is displaced relative to the one member on which the first portion is supported. The second portion is located at a position where at least a portion thereof is superposed on the other member at all times.
