    摘要： A locking arrangement for a door system of a transit vehicle includes a combination of a lock mechanism and an electromagnetic brake. The lock mechanism enables positive locking of at least one door but does not require substantial contact between moving and stationary lock elements. The lock mechanism is connected with the manual release means for door opening during an emergency. The electromagnetic brake maintains door seal compression in the closed and locked condition which improves sealing capabilities and provides for reliable lock mechanism operation. Such combination provides locking redundancy and meets various requirements regarding annunciation and manual release operation.

    摘要： An electric lock operating in conjunction with a wireless remote transmitter and having redundant manual operation capability. The key lock cylinder has a three way position. In the remote position, the lock is enabled or disabled via a remote wireless transmitter. Operation of the wireless transmitter switch allows electric power to a micro switch that allows electricity to drive open a mechanical latch when a circuit is completed touching a pushbutton switch. In a manual lock position, the electronic function of the lock are disabled by mechanical discontinuity of a circuit preventing the latch from being opened either by electrical or mechanical operation. Turning the key in the lock cylinder to the manual open position will mechanically actuate the latch to open through a linkage system.

    摘要： A device for the transmission of unlocking force from a lock cylinder arranged in a lock cylinder casing to an operating arm in a locking mechanism, especially in a vehicle lock. The device is characterized in that a first end of a cable sheath is fixed to the lock cylinder casing adjacent to the lock cylinder. A second end of the cable sheath is fixed adjacent to the operating arm of the locking mechanism. A first end of a cable arranged in the cable sheath is operatively connected to the lock cylinder, the first end of the cable being designed, when duly acted upon by the lock cylinder for unlocking the door, to be pushed into the cable sheath, thereby causing a second free end of the cable to be pushed out of the other end of the cable sheath and brought into engagement with the operating arm, and by way of the latter transmitting to the locking mechanism the requisite force/movement needed to bring the locking mechanism from a locked position (X) into an unlocked position (Y).

    摘要： A locking device for attachment to a fixed portion of a transit vehicle door system is for locking one or more doors of the transit vehicle door system in either a fully locked position or a pushback lock position. The locking device has a simple lock arm, biased toward the locking position and rotatably attached to the fixed portion of the transit vehicle door system at a first pivot of the rotary lock arm, the rotary lock arm having at least one door engagement portion for engaging a portion of the door(s) for locking the door(s) when the rotary lock arm is in at least one of the locking position and the pushback position thereof. A linear actuator, rotating the lock arm to the unlocked position when energized, is attached to the fixed portion of the transit vehicle door system and connected to a second pivot of the lock arm, said second pivot offset from the first pivot. A lock actuator sensing switch provides a feedback on the actuator position to the transit vehicle control system. Means are provided within linear actuator to manually rotate lock arm toward unlocked position for opening doors during an emergency.
