    摘要: A method and device for determining ionizing radiation. The method for determining ionizing radiation comprises the steps of applying a constant voltage across an organic semiconducting material sensor prior to and after exposure of the sensor to the ionizing radiation; measuring and converting the current passing through the sensor proportional to the conductivity or resistivity of the sensor which in turn is proportional to the ionizing radiation in the sensor, into a proportional analog voltage value; and if desired converting the analog voltage value into digital value; and comparing the analog/digital values obtained prior to and after exposure of the sensor to the ionizing radiation and computing the ionizing radiation based on the change in the analog/digital values. The electronic device for determining ionizing radiation comprises an organic semiconductor resistor (2) connected to a constant voltage source (3) and to a current to voltage converter (4), an analog to digital converter (5) connected to the current to voltage converter and a microprocessor (6) connected to the analog to digital converter.

    摘要: A superconducting radiometry apparatus has a micro-calorie meter that detects an energy of a radiant ray as a temperature change. A signal detection mechanism detects an electric current flowing to the micro-calorie meter. A heat addition device adds a quantity of heat to the micro-calorie meter. A peak value monitor measures, in synchronization with the addition of the quantity of heat to the micro-calorie meter, a peak value of an output voltage corresponding to an output signal from the signal detection mechanism. An energy correction device corrects, on the basis of an output from the peak value monitor, an energy value so as to become a peak value corresponding to the quantity of heat added to the micro-calorie meter.

    摘要: There is provided a superconducting radiometry apparatus capable of performing, while sample-measuring, an energy correction in regard to a fluctuation of a peak value of an output signal, which is due to a radiation heat and a magnetic field from an outside. The superconducting radiometry apparatus is constituted by comprising a micro-calorie meter detecting an energy of a radiant ray as a temperature change, a signal detection mechanism for detecting a displacement of an electric current flowing to the micro-calorie meter, a shunt resistance which is connected in parallel to the micro-calorie meter and whose resistance value is smaller than the micro-calorie meter, a bias electric source connected to the micro-calorie meter and the shunt resistance and applying a constant voltage, a heat addition device adding a constant and already-known heat quantity to the micro-calorie meter, a peak value monitor measuring a peak value corresponding to an added heat quantity within an output signal from the signal detection mechanism while synchronizing with a heat quantity addition from the heat addition device, and an energy correction device correcting, on the basis of an output from the peak value monitor, so as to become a peak value corresponding to the heat quantity from the heat addition device.

    摘要: An apparatus for recording X-ray images having a panel-like X-ray recording device removably enclosed within a cassette housing. The X-ray recording device includes a first electrode transparent to X-ray radiation, a first photoconductive layer sensitive to X-ray radiation disposed beneath the first electrode, a second photoconductive layer sensitive to visible light disposed beneath the first photoconductive layer, and a second electrode transparent to visible light disposed beneath the second photoconductive layer.
