摘要: Cleaning and degreasing compositions containing a diutan gum thickener are provided for removing burnt on, polymerized, carbonized food soils with minimum manual effort. The compositions are ready to use compositions and beneficially remain on a treated surface for sufficient time to permit soil penetration without drying out. The compositions can be easily removed with minimal manual effort, such as use of low pressure water applied to the treated surface, and beneficially do not leave residues. Methods for cleaning and degreasing a surface with the compositions are also provided. Thickening systems employing the diutan gum and laponite clays are also provided.

摘要: The invention provides branched trialkylamine oxides with improved properties. The trialkylamine oxides of the invention produced from branched trialkylamines, in one embodiment, can be made using certain branched C10-12 enals and aldehydes. The invention also provides an trialkylamine oxide having the formula: wherein R5, R6 and R7 are independently at least one of C3H7, C2H5, CH3, or H, or mixtures thereof; and wherein R5 and R6 are not H at the same time. In one embodiment, the trialkylamine oxides of the invention can be useful in making various products, for example, as surfactants.

摘要: This disclosure relates to compositions containing 1) at least one water soluble polar aprotic organic solvent; 2) at least one quaternary ammonium hydroxide; 3) at least one carboxylic acid; 4) at least one Group II metal cation; 5) at least one copper corrosion inhibitor selected from the group consisting of 6-substituted-2,4-diamino-1,3,5-triazines; and 6) water. The compositions can effectively strip positive or negative-tone resists or resist residues, and be non-corrosive to bumps and underlying metallization materials (such as SnAg, CuNiSn, CuCoCu, CoSn, Ni, Cu, Al, W, Sn, Co, and the like) on a semiconductor substrate.

摘要: A detergent composition comprises a trisiloxane having at least one carbinol functional group. The trisiloxane comprises the reaction product of (A) an initial trisiloxane and (B) an organic compound. Component (A) has a pendant silicon-bonded functional group selected from a hydrogen atom, an epoxy-containing group, an ethylenically unsaturated group, and an amine group. Typically, component (A) is free of certain terminal silicon-bonded functional groups and is free of polyoxyalkylene groups. Component (B) has a functional group reactive with the pendant silicon-bonded functional group of component (A), and has at least one hydroxyl functional group. The trisiloxane may be of the following general formula (I): (R13SiO1/2)(R1R3SiO2/2)(R13SiO1/2) (I). In formula (I), each R1 is an independently selected hydrocarbyl group. R3 may be selected from the groups (i) to (x) described herein, each of the groups having at least one carbinol group. Typically, the trisiloxane has 1-6 carbinol groups.

A scouring bath and method of scouring textile using the concentrate are also disclosed.
