    摘要: Webs for reducing bending in board-shaped construction elements when in use have their main direction of load perpendicular to the board plane. The devices have a sandwich of at least one first material layer, one second material layer, and one third material layer. The third material layer lies between the other two material layers and has a substantially higher coefficient of heat expansion than the other two material layers, so as to set up contracting biasing forces in the third material layer. The third material is made of a sheet metal strip. The two other materials are made of thermosetting plastic, which sets at a temperature considerably above the working temperature of the construction element.

    摘要: An elongated flexible form is presented. The elongated flexible form may be shaped to fit the contour of a concrete structure of variable shape and is held in position by a plurality of positioning brackets. The flexible form is made out of a flexible material such as natural or synthetic rubber and may be reinforced by wire, cables, steel belts, nylon cord, ply material or a combination of the same. Each of the positioning brackets has a hollow body portion which is bolted to the flexible form. A stake and wedge are used to hold each bracket in place. Connecting flanges may be used to attach the end of the flexible form to another flexible form or to a metal form. The connecting flanges are bolted to the end of each form and are held together by a fastening device. Another embodiment of the positioning brackets may be bolted to the end of the flexible form and also used for the purpose of attaching the end of the flexible form to another form.

    摘要: This invention is a form structure of lightweight construction so as to be readily movable during various stages of construction while providing a rigid structure operable for construction of concrete walls without warpage. More particularly, this invention is a form structure including (1) a main body of vinyl foam core having exposed surfaces covered by layers of fiberglass material and the concrete contacting surface provided with a Black Gel coat of polyester resin, (2) upright edges provided with interlocking joint members whereupon adjacent form structures can be secured to each other through the use of latch and hook assemblies; and (3) a plurality of horizontally extended ty-hole assemblies are provided for interconnecting adjacent, cooperating front and back form structures in a spaced relationship for pouring concrete or like materials therebetween.
