摘要: The invention comprises a product. The product comprises a first removable concrete form having a concrete forming face and a first insulating panel insert having a first primary surface and an opposite second primary surface, wherein the second primary surface of the first insulating panel insert contacts the concrete forming face of the first removable concrete form. The product also comprises an elongate anchor member having an enlarged portion and an elongate portion, the elongate portion having a first end and an opposite second end, wherein the enlarged portion is disposed adjacent the first end and contacts the second primary surface of the first insulating panel insert and wherein the elongate portion extends through the first insulating panel insert and extends outwardly from the first primary surface of the first insulating panel insert. A method of using a removable insulated concrete form system is also disclosed.

摘要: A method for displacing a ceiling formwork for a nearest concreting section, wherein first and second supporting devices for supporting the ceiling formwork are arranged below the nearest concreting section. Said supporting devices each have a shuttering position and a stripping position, wherein the ceiling formwork is raised to a concreting level in the shuttering position and lowered relative to the concreting level in the stripping position. The first supporting device is moved into the stripping position and the second supporting device is moved into the shuttering position, and a collision protection element is arranged between the second supporting device and an end face of the ceiling formwork when the end face of the ceiling formwork strikes the second supporting device after passing over the first supporting device, so the collision protection element forms a flank rising in the displacement direction for guiding the ceiling formwork in the displacement direction.

摘要: The disclosure presents a composite conduit formwork structure which includes a cylindrical outer casing adapted to bond with a cylindrical inner casing which are maintained at a fixed distance apart by a plurality of radial stanchions. The inner casing and outer casing form an interior void which is filled with concrete during manufacture. The outer casing and inner casing remain in place to protect the structure once completed. A novel method of assembly is also provided whereby radial stanchions are rotated between the outer casing and inner casing. All of the components in a preferred embodiment are formed of a fiberglass material.

摘要: A sleeve for forming a channel through a concrete slab is described herein. The sleeve includes a sleeve body with top and bottom ends extending along a longitudinal axis, wherein the top end is wider than the bottom end. The sleeve includes an attachment flange attached to the bottom end that extends laterally outward with respect to the longitudinal axis. The attachment flange may be secured to a concrete form. An alternative sleeve has an attachment mechanism protruding from the first end of the sleeve body for facilitating the attachment of the sleeve body to a concrete form. In some embodiments, the sleeve can also include a removal mechanism disposed at the second end of the sleeve body to facilitate removal of the sleeve body from the concrete slab. Various sleeve configurations are described, some of which are reusable and some of which are one-time use only.

摘要: The disclosure is directed to a method and system for securing a shoring deck to a column. The method includes providing a first beam bracing against a column, wherein the first beam is disposed at a first longitudinal axis that is perpendicular to a long axis of the column. The method includes coupling the first beam to first and second deck beams of a plurality of deck beams of a shoring deck. The method also includes providing a second beam bracing against the column and coupling the second beam to third and fourth deck beams of the plurality of deck beams. The method further includes positioning the first and second beams with respect to the column such that respective first and second longitudinal axes through the respective first and second beams are aligned at an acute angle with respect to each other.
