摘要: A wheel securing structure for trucks is provided. The securing structure generally includes iron screwshaft liners installed in keyholes of mounting parts of aluminum wheels. The bolts of an assembling part correspondingly penetrate the holes of respective screwshaft liners. A first folded edge and a second folded edge are formed on two terminals of each screwshaft liner to respectively insert into conical pits formed on the mounting part of a wheel. The nuts screw onto the bolts of the assembling part to secure the wheel onto the assembling part. When the trucks pass bumpy roads, relative motion caused by vibrations occurs between the wheels and the assembling part, and friction is generated between various parts. The screwshaft liner protects the soft aluminum wheel from being directly rubbed by the bolts, nuts, and the assembling part. Accordingly, the aluminum wheel is made suitable for trucks and other heavy vehicles.

摘要: A manufacturing method and structure of a carbon fiber rim is revealed. A metal strip is formed by heating a metal substrate to a moldable temperature and then extruded molding. The metal strip comprises two side walls, a connecting wall and an inner rim wall to form a space surrounded by the side walls, the connecting wall, and the inner rim wall. Next, two terminals of the strip are connected to form a circle as a rim frame's embryo. The two side walls, or the two side walls and the inner rim wall of the rim frame's embryo are milled to form plural through holes and become a rim frame. Afterwards, the surface of the rim frame is roughened and covered with a trimmed carbon fiber cloth having a predetermined shape. After heatsetting and surface treating, a carbon fiber rim having a light weight and a strong structure is obtained.

摘要: A method for manufacturing an integrated aluminum alloy bicycle front fork is revealed. Aluminum alloy is extruded to form substrate having three rectangular bars. Cut the substrate to get a blank. The blank is set into a mold for forging the three rectangular bars into three round bars. Then burr and waste material are removed. Next the blank is set into another mold for extruding the three round bars and the three round bars are punched to have guide holes. The round bars are drilled along the guide holes and penetrated to form round tubes. A tube opening of two round tubes is flattened and narrowed. Then the two round tubes are bent downward to form fork tubes of a front fork. The rest tube forms a front fork stem. Thereby an integrated light weighted front fork with good structural strength and beautiful appearance is produced.

摘要: A wheel rim includes an annular rim body that has an annular base wall, a pair of annular side walls, and a stop unit. The annular side walls extend respectively from lateral edges of the annular base wall. Each annular side wall includes a hollow segment and a connecting segment that interconnects the hollow segment and the annular base wall. Each hollow segment has an inner wall portion, an outer wall portion, and a tire bead retaining part projecting from the inner wall portion toward the other one of the annular side walls. Each inner wall portion is adapted for contacting a respective one of tire beads of a tire and cooperates with the stop unit and the respective tire bead retaining part to retain the respective tire bead.

摘要: A bicycle wheel rim for mounting with two tire rim portions of a tire includes an outer ring wall surrounding a rotation axis of the wheel rim, and two annular flanges. Each annular flange has an inclined inner surface for abutting against a respective one of the tire rim portions. The outer ring wall has two retaining surfaces, each extending from the corresponding one of the annular flanges toward the central radial plane of the wheel rim and being inclined radially and outwardly with respect to the rotation axis. Each retaining surface and a corresponding inclined inner surface cooperatively form therebetween an included angle smaller than 90 degrees, and clamp the respective one of the tire rim portions.

摘要: A wheel rim includes an annular rim body having a horizontally disposed rim axis. The rim body includes an annular base wall and opposite annular side walls extending from the annular base wall. Each annular side wall includes a reinforcing segment connected to the annular base wall, and a tire coupling segment extending from the reinforcing segment. The tire coupling segments of the annular side walls cooperatively define a tire retaining space. Each reinforcing segment has an inner wall portion, an outer wall portion disposed at a radially outer side of the inner wall portion and cooperating with the inner wall portion to define an annular chamber, and at least one connecting wall portion disposed in the annular chamber, and cooperating with the inner and outer wall portions to form at least one H-shaped wall structure and to configure the annular chamber into at least two annular holes.
