    摘要: A method for manufacturing a bicycle crank is revealed. After being extended, bent and forged, an aluminum alloy pipe becomes an L-shaped part formed by a cylindrical crankshaft portion and an oval crank portion integrally connected to each other. A plug is inserted into an outer end of the crank portion while a periphery of an outer end of the crankshaft portion is punched to form a shaft-connecting portion. An assembling hole is arranged at the outer end of the crank portion, corresponding to the plug. Thus a bicycle crank is produced. Thereby not only the assembly of the bicycle crank is easier and more convenient, the structural strength of the bicycle crank is increased effectively to against vibrations and impacts. The bicycle is lightweight and the bicycle crank is more streamlined so that consumers are attracted. Thereby the market competitiveness is increased.

    摘要: A lightweight, high strength wheel rim for bicycle is disclosed. A support member is retained in each spoke hole in the inner periphery of a wheel frame via a sleeve and reclined on the inner periphery of the wheel frame by an arc-shaped contact section. A connector is inserted into the sleeve and abutted to the support member by an abutting part. A spoke is screwed into the connector, and a cladding is covered the wheel frame and the support member and extended to the outer periphery of the wheel frame. Because the spoke is screwed into the connector, the tension in the spoke applied on the connector is dispersed evenly, resulting that the connector does not directly presses on the periphery of the spoke hole, thereby avoiding it from deformation, achieving the demand of lightweight and preventing the appearance from destroys, further increasing the effect of whole wheel rim.

Each annular flange has an inclined inner surface for abutting against a respective one of the tire rim portions.     摘要: A wheel securing structure for trucks is provided. The securing structure generally includes iron screwshaft liners installed in keyholes of mounting parts of aluminum wheels. The bolts of an assembling part correspondingly penetrate the holes of respective screwshaft liners. A first folded edge and a second folded edge are formed on two terminals of each screwshaft liner to respectively insert into conical pits formed on the mounting part of a wheel. The nuts screw onto the bolts of the assembling part to secure the wheel onto the assembling part. When the trucks pass bumpy roads, relative motion caused by vibrations occurs between the wheels and the assembling part, and friction is generated between various parts. The screwshaft liner protects the soft aluminum wheel from being directly rubbed by the bolts, nuts, and the assembling part. Accordingly, the aluminum wheel is made suitable for trucks and other heavy vehicles.
