    Abstract: A stroller wheel assembly has a wheel mount with an interior cavity and defining a generally vertical housing axis. An axle is carried by the wheel mount and a wheel is carried on the axle and rotatable about a rolling axis oriented perpendicular to the housing axis. A leg of a stroller frame has an end section coupled to the wheel mount. A suspension spring has one end borne against a spring stop on the wheel mount within the interior cavity and an opposite end borne against a fixed stop. The spring resiliently supports the wheel mount for movement against a bias force and by the bias force of the spring relative to the leg along the housing axis. The wheel assembly can also be capable of swiveling about the housing axis relative to the leg.

    Abstract: A spoke of a bicycle rim has a spoke body having a connecting end and a threaded segment formed on the connecting end. The threaded segment has multiple first thread sections and at least one second thread section. The first thread sections have a major radius, a minor radius and a pitch. The at least one second thread section is formed between the first thread sections to form at least one loosen-proofing section between the first thread sections and has a major radius, a minor radius and a pitch. The major radius of the second thread section is smaller than the major radius of the first thread sections. The minor radius of the second thread section is larger than the minor radius of the first thread sections. The pitch of the second thread section is the same as that of the first thread sections.

    Abstract: A bicycle rim is provided with a pair of circumferential side walls and an outer bridge connecting radial outer ends between the first and second circumferential side walls. At least one of the first and second circumferential side walls includes a first portion of a non-resin material with a first thermal conductivity and a second portion of a non-resin material with a second thermal conductivity. The second portion extends more than half in a circumferential direction along the at least one of the first and second circumferential side walls. The second thermal conductivity of the second portion is higher than the first thermal conductivity of the first portion. The first and second portions at least partially overlaps in a thickness direction of the at least one of the first and second circumferential side walls.

    Abstract: A wheel including a rim, hub and at least one spoke, is disclosed. The spoke of the wheel has a leading edge with an aerodynamic protrusion and a valley. Also disclosed is a method of reducing aerodynamic drag on a wheel. According to the method, airflow around an aerodynamic protrusion disposed on a leading edge of a spoke of the wheel is disrupted into a plurality of airflows forming a first vortex about a first valley associated with the protrusion and a second vortex about a second valley associated with the protrusion. The plurality of airflows are joined at the trailing edge of the spoke.
