    摘要： The invention provides an operator assembly for a movable barrier comprising a roller closure, the roller closure mounted on a rotating carrier assembly, the operator assembly including a motor with a motor output shaft, an output drive to transfer drive to the movable barrier, and a transmission assembly to transfer drive from the motor output shaft to the output drive, the output drive rotatable in a clockwise direction and in a counterclockwise direction, depending on whether the movable barrier is closing or opening, wherein the output drive comprises a rotating crown wheel with an outer face carrying a plurality of shaped attachment portions, each attachment portion configured to receive an output drive extension element to engage with a drum wheel comprised in said rotating carrier assembly, the operator assembly including at least one first output drive extension element of a first size and shape and at least one second output drive extension element of a second, different size and shape, each first and second output drive extension element comprising a base portion and an elongated extension portion, the base portion sized and shaped to be received by one or more of said rotating crown wheel outer face shaped attachment portions, such that selection of the at least one first output drive extension element for attachment to the rotating crown wheel or the at least one second output drive extension element for attachment to the rotating crown wheel is made in accordance with one or more physical characteristics of the particular drum wheel of the rotating carrier assembly.

    摘要： A tensioning device for a door operating system includes a pulley carriage on which a pulley of the door operating system is mounted for rotation, the pulley carriage being movable relative to a track of the door operating system. The tensioning device further includes an adjuster configured to move the pulley carriage relative to the track and thereby alter a level of tension in a longitudinal drive component of the door operating system, the adjuster of the tensioning device being accessible from an end of the tensioning device facing a track operator end of the door operating system. The tensioning device also includes a resilient member operatively engaged with the adjuster, the resilient member configured to provide damping of forces experienced by the longitudinal drive component.

The trolley is provided with an engagement mechanism for selective engagement between the trolley and the longitudinal drive mechanism, whereby the engagement mechanism includes an engagement member arranged for selective movement in a direction substantially transverse to the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal drive and in a direction less than 45° from the plane of the loop of the longitudinal drive. The engagement member includes or cooperates with a cam part arranged for selective rotation about the engagement member, and a camming cooperation occurs between the cam part and the trolley body for converting rotation of the cam part about the engagement member into the required movement of the engagement member.

    摘要： An integrated controller for an operator unit for powering an overhead garage roller door or roller shutter is described. The operator unit comprises a motor, an output drive assembly, a timing assembly unit, and a clutch assembly for providing selective engagement between motor powered operation and manual operation (provided by a chain rotating a chain wheel). The motor is arranged to drive a shaft which, in turn, provides drive to the roller door or shutter assembly (not shown), which includes an axle around which the roller door or shutter is wound. The integrated controller comprises an inverter for receiving a single phase power supply and supplying three phase power to drive the motor; and a drive controller in operable association with the inverter for providing active management of the operation of the motor.
