    摘要: Provided is a cleaning device having a compact structure.A recovery unit (17) is configured such that dust collection boxes (76, 77) are disposed with respect to a cleaning brush (6) and a metallic roller (7), respectively. A cleaning blade (9) is fixed to a blade holder (79) via a bolt (78). When the recovery unit (17) is incorporated in a frame unit, the recovery unit (17) is moved in a predetermined direction so as to be brought into contact with a positioning section (14Bbb) of a side plate 14B of the frame unit (11). When the recovery unit (17) is moved, a fixing bolt (85) is loosened so that a straight portion (86a) of a fixed washer (86) is aligned with the vertical direction, and then, the fixing bolt (85) is tightened so that the recovery unit is fixed. On the other hand, when the recovery unit (17) is fixed, the fixing bolt (85) is loosened so that the straight portion of the fixed washer (86) is aligned with the horizontal direction, and then, the fixing bolt is tightened so that the recovery unit is fixed.

The length of a rubber sleeve provided to cover the unvulcanized rubber belt molding A formed over the external circumference of the mold is sized a little longer than the height of the mold so that both ends of the rubber sleeve when placed in covering position protrude slightly from both the top and bottom ends of the mold. A holding seat is provided in the lower part of the vulcanizing vessel, and a pressing seat corresponding to the holding seat is provided on the access cover via a cylinder unit so that the pressing seat can be extended and retracted as required. The inner structures of both the pressing seat and holding seat include cooling jackets.

    摘要: A vulcanizing apparatus including a cylindrical vulcanizing drum for winding and molding unvulcanized rubber belt materials thereover, the vulcanizing drum being removably and rotatably supported on a transfer mechanism. A pair of endless pressurizing bands are arranged to oppose each other with the vulcanizing drum between, the pressurizing bands arcuately surrounding and pressing the corresponding portions of the circumferential surface of the vulcanizing drum. While the circumferential surface of the vulcanizing drum is heated inside, and the respective pressurizing bands are opposingly pressed against the vulcanizing drum, the respective pressurizing bands are synchronously rotated so as to turn the vulcanizing drum and continuously vulcanize the unvulcanized rubber belt molding on the drum.

    摘要: This disclosure relates to a method for slicing a cylindrical elastic body, for example, a slab or broad belt prior to being cut into belts or rings of a certain width, by a two-shaft system, and its apparatus. The apparatus includes a) a drive shaft, of which the top end thereof can be released from its support, of which the root end thereof is connected to its drive unit, the drive shaft having a radially projecting part at the root end; b) a freely rotatable shaft extending in parallel with and at a constant distance from the drive shaft in a horizontal plane, of which the top end can be released from it support and can be tilted in vertical direction, and c) a cutting unit which has a cutter positioned perpendicular to the axial direction of the drive shaft, and which can move towards the drive shaft and can travel in the axial direction of the drive shaft. With the use of the above-mentioned apparatus, a cylindrical elastic body can be reliably and stably biased to one end of the two shafts supporting the elastic body, and slicing into rings of a desired width can be accomplished with high precision.

A plurality of matching members are movable to contact or come close to the outer circumference of the inner mold and match with an end face of the molding, the matching members being movable towards and away from the outer circumference of the inner mold. A pressing apparatus is provided for moving the molding relative to the matching members and the inner mold and separating them.

    摘要: A packing device for transporting a long conveyor belt, and a conveyor belt wound over and across a pair of components of the packing device. The packing device has a pair of bobbins each comprising a take-up drum with radially extending discs fixed to both the ends thereof, and a long conveyor belt is wound over the respective bobbins with approximately the same turns on each bobbin. An opening for a shaft for rotation is provided in the center of each of the bobbins, and outwardly-directed ring-shaped flanges are provided around the circumference of each opening and in the periphery of each disc, respectively. The top ends of the ring-shaped flanges around the opening and in the periphery are bent towards each other, forming L-shaped portions in section.

The upper and lower rubber layers and are laid on the upper side of the upper holding rubber layer and the lower side of the lower holding rubber layer respectively. 150-300 parts by weight of ferrite for 100 parts by weight of rubber matrix are mixed in the upper rubber layer, which is on the outer peripheral side of the flat belt when the belt is wound on a guide wheel.

The holding rubber layers 3 and 4 are laid on the upper and lower sides of the tension-resistant layer 2 respectively, retaining the layer 2. The upper and lower rubber layers 5 and 6 are laid on the upper side of the upper holding rubber layer 3 and the lower side of the lower holding rubber layer 4 respectively. 150-300 parts by weight of ferrite for 100 parts by weight of rubber matrix are mixed in the upper rubber layer 5, which is on the outer peripheral side of the flat belt when the belt is wound on a guide wheel.
