    摘要: In order to produce a fusible interfacing, dots of a hot-melt polymer are deposited on the right side of an interfacing support selected from textile and nonwoven supports and the wrong side of the interfacing support undergoes electron bombardment. The dots of hot-melt polymer are based on at least one functionalized polymer comprising functional groups that can react with free radicals generated by the action of an electron bombardment and/or which are themselves generators of free radicals under the action of an electron bombardment. The penetration depth of the electrons into the polymer dots is adjusted to obtain self-crosslinking of said functionalized polymer over a limited thickness e with respect to the mean thickness E of the polymer dots. The functional groups preferably comprise functions containing an ethylenically unsaturated bond, for example of the acrylate, methacrylate, allyl, acrylamide, vinylether, styrene, maleic or fumaric type.

    摘要: A method of the invention relates to treating a textile base material for thermobonding interlining, the material being constituted by a woven fabric or a weft knit that includes texturized synthetic threads, in particular air jet texturized threads, which form loops on a top face that is to receive spots of glue, and on an opposite, bottom face. The method consists in subjecting said textile base material, prior to applying spots of glue thereto, to emerizing or equivalent pre-treatment on its bottom face and to pre-treatment on its top face for reducing the height of the loops, e.g. singeing or heat treatment by radiation or by contact. Preferably, the textile base material is initially subjected to emerizing or equivalent pre-treatment on its bottom face, and subsequently to singeing pre-treatment on its top face.

    摘要: The thermobonding interlining is a nonwoven covered on one face with dots of thermobonding resin. According to the invention, the nonwoven is a web, containing no binding agent, of which the g/m2 weight is less than 50, which is produced from fibers in a thermoplastic material, such as polyamide; the mean diameter of the fibers is comprised between 1 and 5 .mu.m, the consolidation of the nonwoven is obtained by intermingling of the fibers by high pressure streams of fluid, notably by injection of water at pressures of 40 to 80 bars, or by thermal bonding. For example, the fibers being obtained from a mixture of constitutents having different melting points, the bonding points result from the melting and bonding of the zones of fibers having the lowest melting point.
