摘要: A fiber composite component includes a composite including cured matrix material and a fiber material embedded therein. At least one partial area of the fiber composite component is provided with at least one thread, which undulates as it extends along a surface area of the composite, so that sections of the thread alternately run inside of the composite and outside of the composite. An adhesive arrangement for such fiber composite components is also disclosed. Finally, methods for manufacturing such a fiber composite component or for manufacturing such an adhesive arrangement are disclosed.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a method for utilizing the exothermic energy generated by a low temperature cure reaction to access a high-temperature cure reaction, which is otherwise energetically inaccessible at a chosen tool temperature, thereby producing a cured resin matrix with properties closely matching to those produced via high-temperature cure reactions but achieved via a short cure time and low cure temperature. Also disclosed is a short-cure resin composition containing: (a) at least one multifunctional epoxy resin having an epoxy functionality of greater than 1; (b) a hardener composition containing (i) at least one aliphatic or cycloaliphatic amine curing agent having one or more amino groups per molecule; (ii) at least one aromatic amine curing agent having one or more amino groups per molecule; and optionally, (iii) an imidazole as curing accelerator. The improved properties of this resin composition include being curable at a temperature of ≦120° C. for a time period of less than 10 minutes to achieve a degree of cure higher than that derived from the same composition with just (i) aliphatic/cycloaliphatic amine or (ii) aromatic amine in isolation.

摘要: The invention concerns a process for manufacturing a fusible interlining (1) wherein a base fabric (2) receives a coating of thermofusible polymers distributed in points (3), characterised in that the following steps are successively carried out: depositing a sublayer (5) of polymers on a transfer medium (6, 7) comprising a regular and smooth surface; transferring the points thus obtained onto the base fabric (2); applying the thermofusible particles (10) on the sublayer (5); running the fusible interlining (1) thus obtained through a heating and/or radiation chamber (12).

摘要: It consists of continuous production of a woven or unwoven piece of textile fibers, to whose piece a layer that is going to be the middle one is affixed on the back surface. It is thick enough to offer resistance to the passing of a thermostable material that will be finally affixed to the same, wherein it will remain imbedded. The textile compound formed of the two layers referred to first of all, the second layer being an unwover layer, is subjected to a hot pre-forming process. Then it is inserted in a mold in which the thermostable material formed by a polyester-fiber glass mass is placed, hot pressing the whole and obtaining a rigid and resistance sheet-like body, whose visible surface is covered with the layer of textile compound that is highly resistant to vandalism. If the textile piece is consistent or thick enough, the middle layer could be eliminated, in which case the polyester-fiber glass mass would remainly closely affixed to that textile piece, with the insertion of the respective waterproof adhesive layer.

摘要: Polyether esters are employed for the adhesive bonding of textiles since they are resistant to washing and dry cleaning. The polyether esters of the prior art have the disadvantage that they often exhibit poor adhesion with critical outer materials such as, for example, silk. By means of the polyether esters according to the invention, it is possible to bond sensitive textiles effectively at very low temperatures.
