A height A of the reheating region P may be more than or equal to 0.2 times a height Hw of the rail web portion 2. A temperature Th reached in a reheating process at a center of the reheating region P may be higher than or equal to 400° C. and lower than or equal to 750° C.

The casting product that is subjected to reduction by the casting product reduction apparatus has a depressed part corresponding to the large-diameter part. At least one of the pair of casting product drawing rolls of the casting product drawing apparatus includes a depressed part supporting part that contacts with and supports the depressed part, and is driven by a driving mechanism. An axial-direction length L2 of the depressed part supporting part and an axial-direction length L1 of the large-diameter part of the casting product reduction roll satisfy 0.5×L1≦L2

    摘要: The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a steel sheet for a container which has a plated layer containing Ni of 300 to 1000 mg/m2 in terms of Ni metal, provided on at least one surface of a steel sheet, which has a chemical conversion treatment film containing Zr of 1.0 to 50 mg/m2 in terms of Zr metal, provided on the steel sheet, which contains a phosphate compound of 0.5 to 25 mg/m2, and of which a F-atom number density measured by XPS analysis of a plane of 2 nm and a plane of 4 nm in a depth direction obtained by a sputtering treatment is equal to or less than 2 at %.
