摘要: The present invention relates to an antibody drug conjugate using a bispecific antibody and its use. The antibody drug conjugate of the present invention can easily form a conjugate of an antibody and a drug without a multistep synthetic process though binding of a conjugate of a bivalent cotinine-peptide and a drug, and an anti-cotinine single chain variable fragment. In addition, the antibody drug conjugate can effectively deliver a drug to a target to which the antibody binds specifically, and can enhance a half-life of a drug in the body, thereby improving a therapeutic effect.

摘要: Disclosed are a method for preparing a biomaterial having selectively functionalized tyrosine, a biomaterial having selectively functionalized tyrosine, and a pharmaceutical composition containing same as an active ingredient. The method for preparing a biomaterial to which a compound represented by chemical formula 2 is coupled, of the present invention, allows the compound represented by chemical formula 2 to be selectively coupled, in a high yield in a biomaterial, to tyrosine, which is present on the surface of an aqueous solution such that the coupling thereof to amino acids other than tyrosine does not occur and, when only one tyrosine is present, heterogeneous mixtures are not present and the inherent activity of the biomaterial is maintained, and thus the compound can be effectively used as a pharmaceutical composition containing a biomaterial drug as an active ingredient. In addition, the method can selectively functionalize tyrosine, and thus can be effectively used for tyrosine functionalization in a biomaterial.

摘要: A binary code similarity detection device performs a preprocessing operation of generating an assembly expression for the binary code by converting a machine language of an input binary code into an assembly language, extracting an assembly function or a command from the binary code converted to the assembly language, and detects a similarity to the assembly expression of a pre-stored binary code by inputting the assembly expression generated by the preprocessing operation to a trained model based on bidirectional encoder representations from transformers (BERT), and the trained model is generated by performing a pre-training step of causing the assembly expression to be understood and a fine-tuning step of inputting an assembly expression of a first binary code and an assembly expression of a second binary code to a pre-trained model and then fine-tuning the pre-trained model based on a similarity between the first binary code and the second binary code.
